Neben dem Wetterglück war auch der Service rund um die Buchung und dem Vercharterer vor Ort ein gelungenes Erlebnis. Das Schiff in einem Top Zustand mit wesentlich mehr an Ausstattung als man erwarten würden. Ein technisches Problem am Schiff wurde an einem Sonntag innerhalb weniger Stunden behoben, jederzeit gerne wieder.
Un fine Giugno spettacolare ci ha accolto alle Incoronate. Due notti intorno a Dugi Otok e poi Incoronate con le sue baie, il blu del mare profondo.Una sosta a Telascica e il rientro a Zara. Arrivederci al prossimo anno.

Za najam predmetnog plovila mogu reće samo riječi pohvale. Dogovor s Marenautom je bio brz i precizan bez problema. Brodica je skoro nova, odlično očuvana sa skoro svom opremom potrebnom amaterskoj plovidbi (možda autopilot i pokazivač brzine i smjera vjetra...). Proces prijave i odjave malo traje, ali to je razumljivo zbog velike gužve u kratkom specifičnom vremenskom periodu. Voditelj baze (Edi) je odgovorio brzo i točno na dva puta postavljena pitanja, podrška za svaku pohvalu. Zadarski arhipelag je fantastičan. Cijeli doživljaj je za svaku preporuku.
Sorgenfrei in Zadar den Urlaub beginnen und beenden
Die Basis empfängt den Urlauber und der fühlt sich nach anstrengender Fahrt herzlich willkommen. Die Yacht ist gut vorbereitet, das Personal gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit. Der Hafen recht eng, aber kein Problem, ein Skipper erledigt das Ablegen und nimmt übernimmt auch die Yacht am Eingangspier beim wieder Einlaufen. Check out routiniert und stressfrei, das Team ist eingespielt und sehr effizient.
Auch wenn der Hafen selbst nicht der Knaller ist, die Basis und die Stadt sind eine Empfehlung wert!

Top Abwicklung - Top Charterfirma
Sowohl die Abwicklung über marenauta als auch die Charterfirma selbst absolut Problemlos und unkomplziert. Keine versteckte Kosten. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Boot war top gepflegt. 100% Weiterempfehlung für beide Firmen.
Buchung unkompliziert, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Boot war super sauber und top gepflegt. Alles in allem ein Urlaub nach Wunsch.
The sailing, the weather, the coast and the sea were phenomenal. A region that should definitely be seen with a sailboat, but pay close attention to the choice of restaurants on the Kornati. Dinner can cost you more than you paid to rent a sailboat :)
A very nice family vacation. Charter crew was very friendly, helpful and competent. Everything was clean. We also received protective masks and disinfectants. There was also a welcome present on board. The navigation device was not the best.

Prima vacanza in barca!
Estremo relax! Barca perfetta,mare stupendo ,isole incantevoli.
La rifaremo sicuramente!!!
Wir haben wunderbare Herbstferien in Kroatien verbringen dürfen. Dies begann mit der professionellen und reibungslosen Abwicklung der Buchung sowie der Übergabe des Bootes und endete mit einem ebenso verlaufenden Check-Out. Dazwischen lag eine Segelwoche in einem tollen Revier mit schöner Landschaft und klarem Wasser. Das Boot war in sehr gutem Zustand und die Beschreibung entsprach der Realität. Die zugebuchten Extras waren vollständig und durchdacht, so gab es beispielsweise zum Grill einen Sack Grillbriketts und Grillanzünder dazu.
Imbarcazione ok charter disponibile e preparato. Marina organizzati ma costosi. Ingresso alle konrati molto costoso. Strumentazione garmin davvero inadeguata ..... poco visibile con il sole e 1 ecoscandaglio si bloccava a volte. Check in veloce

Am Ende alles sehr gut
Bei der Buchung war ich sehr enttäuscht, dass man mir ein größeres Boot nur über eine andere Agentur anbieten konnte, ich beide bezahlen sollte und bei Vercharterung der ersten Angebotes ich dann mein Geld abzüglich 100,- € erhalten sollte. Das führte zu meiner Haltung, hier letztmali gechartert zu haben.
Als ich jedoch dann das Erstangebot wahrnahm und das Schiff betrat, wuchs zunehmend meine Begeisterung. Betten waren liebevoll zurecht gemacht, ein Begrüßungsschreiben lag auf dem Tiusch und neben einer Flasche Wein lag noch eine Schachtel Kekse. Das Boot war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Einige wenige Dinge funktionierten nicht, wir kamen aber gut zurecht. Nach einer Havarie am Motor kam am nächsten Morgen sofort Hilfe, zumal mein Coskipper, ein Maschinenbauingenieur - Ursache und Ersatzteil erkannt hatte. Übernahme und Übergabe verliefen absolut korrekt und sachlich. Hinweise wurde dankbar entgegen genommen.
Fazit: Wenn ich die Schiffsgröße genau planen kann, werde ich bestimmt wieder bei euch chartern.

La vacanza è stata stupenda abbiamo trovato un clima stupendo e le incoronate sono sempre bellissime, la barca a parte un paio di problemini è stata perfetta devo ringraziare Marenauta per avermi organizzato tutto con criterio e responsabilità.

Ospitalità e mare non eccezionali, ma navigazione molto buona: la bora da nord est e il tragitto in direzione sud est (con ritorno verso nord ovest) hanno permesso praticamente sempre un ottimo traverso.
Attenzione all'assicurazione sulla cauzione proposta: c'è una franchigia di 100 €.

La bellezza dei posti,del mare non si discute.Distanze brevi a misura di comoda crociera.Prendere il biglietto di ingresso a terra conviene.Da evitare quei ristoranti che danno ormeggio:tropo cari e non sempre cordiali.Barca in condizioni accettabili nonostante l'età;capo base armatore scorbutico,pulizie dubbie.Un plauso all'aiuto Igor che si è prodigato per risolvere situazioni antipatiche.

Buongiorno, ci dispiace che il cliente non vuole più collaborare con il
nostro charter.
Ha valutato il supporto con 3 e noi gli abbiamo portato la barca con la
peggiore bora. La vela principale e il genova sono state cambiate nel
2013, mentre sprayhood e bimini nel 2014. Nel 2015 sono state cambiati
tutti i rivestimenti nelle cabine e nel salone cosìcché non è vero che
sono vecchie. L'anno scorso non gli andava bene l'Elan 384 (preso sepre
con noi) e quest'anno non gli va bene il bavaria 39c; questo potrebbe
essere vero se anche altri clienti si lamentassero però per fortuna sono
soddisfatti e tornano volentieri. In 14 giorni non si è rotto nulla
sulla barca e questo suggerisce quanto la barca sia a posto. Grazie.

Una settimana di Agosto nelle Kornati con Elan 331 S "Martina"
Assistenza ottima da parte del team di Marenauta, prezzo competitivo, al porto di Split tutto era come previsto.
La barca in ottimo stato, il check-in simpatico e completo.
Poi ci ha aiutato un tempo fantastico, bello e con vento, e la bellezza del luogo. La barca e le dotazioni sono state perfette, e così il check-out. Grazie a tutti, da ripetere.
