Non pienamente soddisfatti
Inizio seconda settimana parte un fusibile di una delle docce interne. Chiamo e mi viene detto che provvederanno ad inviare qc dopo aver controllato la ns posizione . Non sentiamo più nulla dopo un giorno richiamo, si scusano e mi dicono sapendo dove edavamo in navigazione di dirigerci a Verboska presso il distributore di carburante. Arriviamo dopo un paio di ore, mi reco al distributore il quale mi dice di non avere nessun fusibile e che comunque nessuno gli ha avvisati. Praticamente facciamo la seconda settimana senza una doccia… normalmente i noleggiatori dovrebbero fornire le barche dei piccoli ricambi necessari in questo caso non c’era nulla, e non è un buon servizio anche per la scortesia come hanno risposto. Quando siamo rientrati abbiamo evidenziato tale bad service che non mi ha assolutamente soddisfatto. Saluti
Barca carina e pulita, forse un po lenta a motore. La batteria ha smesso di funzionare a metà crociera, ci hanno assistito telefonicamente, permesso di cambiarla da soli poi ci hanno restituito i soldi al rientro.

Barca in buone condizioni generali, salvo mancata revisione testa d'albero e conseguente perdita del Windex durante la navigazione.
Disservizio: mancata accettazione della Carta di credito da parte dell'armatore (compagnia di Charter) per i pagamenti in loco.

Service and Support boad charter
The Service staff very competent and helpfull. Acting in couple of Minutes.The boad has been handet over in an good condition.
Catamarano il più comodo della sua categoria, l'abbondande riserva d'acqua 800l, ti permette di fare baie senza preoccuparti.
Assistenza top, piccolo problema al motore del tender risolto in giornata con l'invio dell'asssistenza sul posto.
Coplimenti all'armatore e naturalmente a Marenauta.
1 ) Ivanka , ottima dirigente , ha saputo gestire le situazione difficile con grande professionalità e correttezza.
2 ) Lo skipper da Voi consigliatomi è di una professionalità superiore alla media oltre ad avere un'esperienza nautica di
alta esperienza, nonostante la sua giovane età.
E' da consigliarlo per clienti di livello.
3 ) Le barche presentano una scarsa e pericolosa manutenzione.

Vacanza molto buona
La vacanza è andata bene. Gli unici punti negativi sono per la società di charter:nonostante il check in anticipato la barca era pronta dopo le 3 e quest ultima non era nemmeno pulita. Però il resto è andata benissimo.

Buono sia il servizio di Marenauta che dell'armatore. Ottima l'assistenza in navigazione
1.) Die Basis in Mali-Losinje:
Personal ist freundlich, spricht gut deutsch. aber das wars auch schon.
Wir hatten im Vorfeld ein Reelingsnetz geordert, weil wir mit 2 kleinen Kindern unterwegs sind. Die geplante Schiffsübergabe bis 17:00 verzögerte sich fast bis 19:00. (Weil das Netz erst neu gekauft wurde und so eine Montage das erstmal gemacht wurde.- Mit der Montage wurde aber erst nach 18:00 begonnen!!!) Damit war an ein Auslaufen am Samstag (Anreisetag) nicht mehr zu denken! Der check-in, war dann schnell erledigt.
Die Parkgebühr für das 1. Fahrzeug war im Charterpreis includiert, für das 2. Fahrzeug wurde kassiert. Das ist noch nicht schlecht, aber der zugewiesene Platz war bereits von einem Italiener besetzt, und auf die Reklamation hin bekamen wir die Auskunft: stellt euch halt woanders hin. Auf einem frei zugänglichem Platz. (Wozu also die Parkgebühr?).
Die Rückkunft am Ende des Törns, war dann eher ernüchternd.
lt. Vertrag musste das Schiff am Freitag bis 18:00 in der Marina sein. ok das ist überall so! Aber es war niemand da, der das Schiff übernommen hätte. Nach meiner tel. Nachfrage wo denn der Marinero bleibe, erhielt ich die Info: der KOMMT AM SAMSTAG UM 8:30.
Er kam dann endlich um 9:20. Der Check-out war dann sorgfältig, hat aber am Samstag doch bis 10:45 gedauert. Gut war dass wir keinen Flug gebucht hatten!!
Auf die Frage wieso der check-out so spät stattfindet erhielten wir die Auskunft: "DAS MACHEN WIR IMMER SO" und das ist wirklich erschreckend unüblich!!!
2. Das Schiff
Die 39i ist mit 3 Kabinen ausreichend für 6 Personen, fährt gut und sparsam im Spritverbrauch.
Aber der Zustand ist durchaus verbesserungsfähig!
* Die Nasszelle stank die ganze Woche nach Fäkalien, und wir konnten die Ursache nicht finden.
* Die Leinen haben noch gehalten, aber wiesen viele Verletzungen auf.
* Der Heckabschluß zur Badeleiter war hier mit einer einfachen dünnen Leine gesichert. üblich sind aber 2 Stahlseile!
* Die Badeleiter war so verbogen, dass beim Besteigen des Bootes die Finger eingezwickt wurden. Abhilfe war nur mit einem Stück Tau möglich.
* Anzeige der Tankfüllstände war defekt! Die Anzeige für den 1. Wassertank zeigte diesen immer leer obwohl von uns aufgefüllt. Die Anzeige vom 2. Tank zeigte immer voll obwohl wir einmal beide Wassertanks leer hatten! Die Anzeigt des Treibstofftanks hat immer voll gezeigt, obwohl wir am Ende des Törns knapp 50 Liter Diesel nachgetankt haben.
* Der an Bord befindliche Feldstecher war unbrauchbar
* Die Notlampe beim Rettungsring war defekt,
* Das Beiboot: Der Lenz-Stoppel hat gefehlt, daher war immer Wasser im Boot, Der Außenborder war unzuverlässig, die Sicherungsschrauben für die Ruder war nur auf einer Seite vorhanden, und man mußte bei jedem Ruderschlag darauf achten dass man nicht das Ruder verliert!
* Instrumente: Die backbordseitigen Instrumente im Cockpit waren defekt!!!
* die Logge konnte nicht angezeigt werden (funktionierte nicht) daher waren wir bei der Navigation auf unsere eigenen Geräte angewiesen.
* Bei den Steuerrädern fehlte die Feststellschraube! (war durch eine einfache Schraubenmutter ersetzt).
* Die Bremsplatten auf den Wischen waren abgenudelt, und daher in ihrer Wirkung nicht mehr ok!
* Die Wischkurbeln waren sehr stark abgenützt und haben gerade noch gegriffen.
