Il Bavaria 32 che ho noleggiato era in buone condizioni generali. Il personale della società di charter si è dimostrato professionale e competente sia nella fase di check-in/check-out che in termini di consigli su dove andare e dove porre particolare attenzione.
Abbiamo navigato principalmente in arcipelago. Stupendo come sempre, peccato che la situazione meteo non sia stata delle migliori, poco vento, tanta umidità.

Portisco port, cruise company, attention has been very very good. Of course the prices in Italy, at that park are high. However still a very unique place that deserves the effort.
Very nice experience, the boat was clean, perfectly working and the service was very good. The only element to be evaluated is the flexibility on returning the boat on Saturday. It really depends on the timing when the next coming custonmer arrives on Saturday, while I understand the benefit of organizing all the cleanings togheter Saturday morning, having the flexibility of the cleaning all day long on Saturday might allow the return on Sasturday morning. That flexibility can be a competitive advantage vs other companies.

Costa Smeralda in June.
I spent a week in June sailing with the family in tranquility, visiting the most beautiful places of the Costa Smeralda. Fortunately all went well and I have not encountered any problems on the boat and in the Marina, although the stretch of sea on the Straits of Bonifacio can be quite insidious. Definitely an experience to be repeated.
July is the hottest month in Portisco with an average temperature of 24°C (75°F) and the coldest month is January a 10°C (50°F). The month with the warmest sea is August when the average sea temperature is 25°C (45°F).

Alles gut, aber ….
Das Boot war gut gewartet, der Check in ging pünktlich und reibungslos. Auch die Rückgabe erfolgte professionell und mit wenig Aufwand.
Einziger negativer Punkt:
Der Eigentümer hat beim Check in eine Liste über etwa 20 mögliche Schäden am Boot und deren Berechnung im Falle eines Schadensereignisses vorgelegt, die von uns unterschrieben werden musste.
Ich halte diese Vorgehensweise nicht für seriös, da eine Kostenpauschale viele Schäden sicher nicht korrekt abbilden kann.
Erfreulicherweise haben wir das Boot ohne jeden Kratzer zurückgegeben.

Von der Kontaktaufnahme über den Abschluss des Chartervertrages bis zur Abwicklung der Zahlungen ist alles reibungslos und schnell verlaufen. Die Kommunikation ist erstklassig. Die Vermittlung zum Vercharterer verlief ohne Probleme, die Yacht war wie im Prospekt beschrieben. Vielen Dank auch an die Charterfirma in Portisco/Sardinien! Ich habe mich in allen Belangen sehr gut betreut gefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder eine Yacht über Marenauta chartern.
Die gesamte Abwicklung (Check-in/Check-out) war sehr professionell.

Boot in sehr gutem Zustand und sauber!
Abbiamo navigato principalmente in arcipelago. Stupendo come sempre, peccato che la situazione meteo non sia stata delle migliori, poco vento, tanta umidità.
Pur sapendo che ho scelto una imbarcazione non nuovissima; in questa occasione devo dire che l'esperienza non è stata positiva. Il check-in burocratico è stato certamente veloce ma il check in della imbarcazione di fatto NON vi è stato con la semplice esclamazione " va visto il filmato che le abbiamo mandato?" al quale io ho risposto NO! nonostante ciò, non mi è stata data nessuna informazione sulla dotazione della barca.
Un cicalino di allarme motore già presente da subito ancora in porto e ben conosciuto dal personale (che non hanno voluto riparare), mi ha "assillato" per tutta la vacanza non potendo valutare se fosse un problema reale del motore o un semplice "contatto".
La strumentazione obsoleta e il Chartplotter, montato sul tavolo da carteggio e di fatto inutilizzabile durante la navigazione, non hanno di certo facilitato.
Mi sono appoggiato a Marenauta per questa vacanza in Sardegna, premetto che non è la prima volta, devo confermare la cortesia, la puntualità nelle risposte, e la competenza degli operatori è sempre a 5 selle!
Cosa si può dire, imbarcazione in buone condizioni, porto con localizzazione geografica favorevole sia per quanto riguarda l'arcipelago della Maddalena, la Corsica e un pò a sud la Tavolara. Personale gentile e disponibile al check in. Prezzo concorrenziale per una buona imbarcazione. Problema al timone importante ma non dipendente dalla compagnia charter, si sa che le barche sono sempre un pò un cantiere. Unico neo, attenzione la cauzione si può lasciare solo con carta di Credito (non tutte hanno massimale da 3500 euro) e soprattutto viene chiesta una "preautorizzazione" che esaurisce il credito della carta. Comunque aspetti positivi: disponibilità del personale, Imbarcazione e localizzazione geografica. Grazie
Abbiamo trovato una barca in ottime condizioni, pulita, adeguatamente attrezzata. Personale gentile e efficiente.
Aspetti negativi:
- Orari eccessivamente restrittivi per la riconsegna della barca (in porto entro le 17 del venerdì e riconsegna entro le 8,30 del sabato)
- Caparra eccessiva (3500 euro per un natante di 33 piedi)
- Se si decide di passare una notte nel porto di origine (Portisco) si è considerati barca in transito e si deve quindi pagare l'ormeggio, nonostante il noleggiatore abbia a disposizione un molo intero
- Servizi igienici del porto di origine (Portisco) scadenti e sottodimensionati rispetto all'utenza
Zona magnifica per la navigazione a vela, impegnativa ma con molti approdi interessanti e a breve distanza uno dall'altro. Ideale quindi anche per vacanze di una sola settimana.

Le condizione della barca erano come da descrizione. L'assistenza di Marenauta è stata eccelente. Il charter ci ha addebitato la perdita dell'elica seppur a mio avviso non era da attribuire a noi. Per fortuna l'assicurazione ha rimborsato parte della spesa.

Abbiamo trovato un bel mare e belle spiagge. Il vento era buono e il facceva bel tempo.
Purtroppo i porti e marina sono un po cari.
