We rented for a weekend a nice boat. Direct surrounding was very nice.

We rented for a weekend a nice boat. Direct surrounding was very nice.
Ottimo armatore, bella barca spaziosa, manca solo la cura dei piccoli dettagli che magari sono frutto della consegna veloce delle barche. Tipo secchio rotto, mancanza di qualche cima, manizze difficili da estrarre, fuoribordo attempato che non vale i soldi del noleggio.
Purtroppo la barca scelta essendo un po’ datata ha avuto qualche problema relativo alla Mancanza di lazy bag, mancanza di visuale sulle vele dal tendalino perché gli oblò plastificati erano opachi e una piccola perdita interna probabilmente dal lavandino della toilette oltre ad avere la luce di posizione non funzionante
Per il resto tutto ok comodo il doppio serbatoio di acqua e la pompa per la cucina con acqua di mare
Da wir Split bei unserer Segeltour im letzten Sommer kennengelernt hatten, wollten wir diesmal direkt von Split aus starten. Am Hafen gibts leider sehr wenige Parkplätze, wir mussten lange suchen, bis wir einen bekamen. Der Bootstransfer in die Innenstadt ist bequem, aber man kann auch in 30 min hin laufen. Die Bootsübergabe lief problemlos und sehr freundlich, das Boot war gut gepflegt. So konnten wir zwei herrliche Segelwochen genießen.
Die Betreuung durch Marenauta von der Buchung biss zum Urlaub war wie immer hervorragend.
Innanzitutto, devo dire che complessivamente mi sono trovato molto bene; è stata una bella esperienza, molto ben supportata dallo staff della società di charter.
Complessivamente, perchè entrando nel dettaglio ci sono state alcune cose che hanno contribuito a renderla solo "bella" e non "eccellente":
1). Appena partiti da Pomer, una volta usciti dal golfo, ha cominciato a suonare l'allarme di sentina; sono sceso sotto coperta a controllare ed ho scoperto che la sentina della gondola di sinistra era allagata da poppa a prua (almeno due dita di acqua salata su tutta la lunghezza). Una volta asciugata (un'ora di spugna e secchio) e constatato che no veniva da fuori, ho chiamato per sapere da dove poteva venire e loro mi hanno detto, scusandosi, che era acqua di lavaggio usata dalla ditta e non asciugata per la fretta.
Ok, passata la paura, accettiamo scuse e motivazione e continuiamo.
2). Per tutta la durata della vacanza, dai wc (tutti e tre) continuava a tornare sù l'acqua nera dalle casse; siccome nei marina non si scarica, ce la dovevamo tenere fino a quando non si navigava, puzza compresa...
3). La cosa più grave è successa ad Ilovik: arriviamo il pomeriggio, ormeggiamo, chiedo all'ormeggiatore di spostare più lateralmente le trappe dei corpi morti perchè messe così passano prorpio sotto le eliche. Una volta sistemati, ci prepariamo per la notte e pronti a partire la mattina dopo, non appena cala il vento, per fare rotta su Lussino.
Colpevole io che non controllo i corpi morti, fidandomi che fossero ancora dove erano stati spostati il pomeriggio precedente; accendo i motori (manette in folle) e mi suona l'allarme sul motore sinistro. Vado a controllare nella sentina sala macchine ed appena apro esce un gran fumo biancastro che odora di plastica. Non è olio, s'è bruciato il motorino d'avviamento...
Chiamo l'assistenza, che mi chiede se posso arrivare fino a Lussino per praticità d'intervento: rispondo no, non mi sposto con il Maestrale che tira ed un solo motore. Mi risponde che si organizza diversamente e di restare in attesa.
Nel frattempo, l'ormeggiatore ci fa notare che abbiamo le cime nell'elica sinistra; sono sconcertato, le avevamo spostate apposta il giorno prima, ma quello che era ormeggiato alla mia sinistra, prima di partire le ha spostate e non mi ha avvisato.
A questo punto mio cognato scende in acqua e prova a districarle, ma l'assistenza mi chiama dicendomi di non toccare nulla, perchè vengono loro a controllare l'effettivo stato dei danni.
Arrivano nel pomeriggio, con il motorino di ricambio ed il sub entra in acqua a controllare elica ed asse, mentre il meccanico cambia il motorino.
Nel frattempo io faccio notare che, anche se colpevolmente al momento dell'accensione non ho controllato la posizione dei corpi morti, anche se accendo il motore, con le manette a folle l'asse non avrebbe dovuto girare ed avvolgere le cime sull'elica.
Il surveyor controlla ed ammette che, effettivamente, nonostate siano in posizione di folle, a volte il motore prende l'ingrano anche con pochi millimetri di spostamente, e non si sente lo scatto sulla leva.
Però, alla fine, nonstante questo, mi devo assumere il 100% della colpa per il danno, che mi viene a costare 1.200 fra motorino/lavoro/chiamata/noleggio barca e benzina per l'assistenza.
La cosa mi ha fatto arrabbiare parecchio, perchè al netto della mio mancato controllo, se le manette fossero state in perfetto stato, non sarebbe successo nulla.
Questi incidenti hanno fatto calare un pò la valutazione compessiva sul godimento del mezzo e della vacanza, ma prendiamola come esperienza per le prossime volte.
Lo rifarei? Sì, anche domani!!!

Mr Gianluca called us on Tuesday morning, 2.8.2022. at around 9 to 10 am with the information that the left engine is not starting and white smoke is coming out of engine room and they are in island Ilovik. That was the only information given to me by the client. I accepted that and asked Mr. Gianluca if is possible for him to come closer to island of Lošinj, since it is not possible to come to Ilovik with the car, and the cost is much cheaper. Guest answered that it is not possible and wants the problem solved as soon as possible on Ilovik. After that I called marina staff in Ilovik if they can check the engine space before we come so that we have more information on what tools and parts to bring with us. They told me that Gianluca caught the mooring line with the propeler and that he knows about it. At least now we know what the problem is, I need to also bring a diver to check the underwater damage to propeler and SD, take off the propeler, cut the rope around SD and propler and posibly change the damaged parts. The weather was rough as Mr Gianluca wrote, with lots of wind and waves, we took a speedboat because we have around 48 NM to Ilovik- only way to get there .
Also managed to detect that the problem on engine could be electrostarter which burned because of forcefull starting. The damage on SD and engine happened because of skippers mistake. I have told all the information I gathered to Mr. Gianluca before our trip to Ilovik.
He called us between 9 to 10 am , we were on Ilovik somewhere between 15:00 and 16:00. Took off the rope from SD and propeler, inspected the underwaater damage and changed the electrostarter. We fixed the problem by 17- 17:30.
I am sorry that Mr. Gianluca needed to pay for the damage, but its clearly a skippers mistake. We did our job at the most quick and proffesional way possible.
We are happy that Mr Gianluca rated his vacation with us at 5/5, and stated that He would come back, because he enjojed his time on our boat.

Excellent catamaran holiday, exceptional comfort, very good skipper and excellent charter company.
Proveli smo 6 dana jedrilici Oceanis 35.1 sa polaskom iz ACI Marine Split, obilazeći otoke Brač i Hvar. Jedrilica je ispunila naša očekivanja za obiteljski cruise (5ero člana obitelj) jer je dosta komforna a pogotovo kokpit i papuča za ulazak u more. Od jedara smo koristili samo roll Genovu i sve je bilo ok.

NAVIGANDO LUNGO LA COSTA CROATA
La vacanza in barca sullo splendido FIRST YACHT 53 di Beneteau lungo le coste della Croazia è stata la vacanza più bella di questi ultimi anni. La compagnia di charter in assoluto la migliore tra le tante incontrate in quarant'anni di crociere mediterranee.
Il team di Marenauta che mi serve da più di trent'anni è un appuntamento puntuale che non mi ha mai deluso. Spalato e le altre piccole città e borghi marini che si incontrano tra le mille anse della costa, sembrano costruite per il piacere del turista Spalato poi supera ogni aspettativa, con B&B abbiamo affittato, sia all'arrivo che alla partenza 2 appartamentini deliziosi all'interno della città vecchia, ossia dentro la cinta muraria del palazzo di Diocleziano, i bar, gelaterie ristoranti e negozi del centro storico e della grande piazza sul fronte del porto non sono da raccontare, bisogna solo andarci, vederle e viverle con la famiglia o con gli amic. Uno dei miei sogni.
Barca fantastica ma con qualche problema causato dalla sua giovane età da sistemare. Poca disponibilità da parte del manager della società di charter che, nonostante una iniziale affabilità apparente, non ha preso nella dovuta considerazione un problema all'impianto di aria condizionata presente fin dalla consegna della barca e gestendo la situazione con eccessiva sufficienza e arroganza (unica nota negativa).
Come mangiare del cibo scadente in un ristorante con ottimo servizio
Il servizio offerto dalla società di charter è stato ottimo. Efficiente e veloce.
La barca però, nonostante fosse del 2018, era un disastro. Parti che si scollavano, paioli che cigolavano, porte che non si chiudevano e pure il fuoribordo era vecchio e mal funzionante.

É quarta vacanza in vela in Croazia...sempre bello e affascinante..vento termico perfetto,come il mare e le diverse rade visitate.Trogir città adatta per una vacanza..la barca ottima,anche per la conoscenza diretta in qualità di co-armatore con altri sei amici dello stesso modello Oceanis 35.1 del 2017 ormeggiata a Mirabello (SP).
L'armatore competente e un po rompic...in in fase di check-out..volevano incolparci su alcuni piccole abrasioni alla spiaggetta di poppa ecc. Ho prodotto una serie di documentazioni fotografiche che ci sono rimasti di m...ci hanno provato..ma il vecchio conosce i polli😁perciò il voto in qst caso è stato negativo.

Marinas sind ausbaufähig
Sauberkeit der Sanitäranlagen sind teilweise eine Zumutung (Schimmel + Dreck in Duschen und Toiletten) - für diese Preise darf man sich mehr erwarten. Die Parkplatzsituation in der Marina Split ist katastrophal. Positiv war: freundliche Mitarbeiter der Charterfirma, Preis / Leistungsverhältnis für Bootscharter war sehr gut. Jederzeit wieder.
Settimana piacevole barca in buone condizioni, solo una incomprensione con lo staff di marenauta che affermava che la randa fosse rollabile invece era a stecche.

Partenza dal Marina ACI di DUBROVNIK ,caratteristico ,accogliente e professionale il 14/07/2014 per una crociera di cinque giorni nell'isola di MLJET .La bellezza e l'accoglienza di alcune baie ,Okuklje , Polace , Pomena oltre all'inconfondibile bellezza del parco nazionale dell'isola ci hanno lasciato un ottimo ricordo .

Vela e croazia binomio perfetto
Ho ancora negli occhi le tante cose belle viste.Che dire della risalita del fiume fino a Skradin e le cascate di krka e poi le centinaia di isole che ti regalano mare "tranquillo" anche con vento sostenuto? la bellezza di Primosten e l'impareggiabilità di Trogir, Spalato che per noi Romani ha un significato particolare.Insomma,ho tanto da vedere e da godere nel Mediterraneo, ma in Croazia tornerei.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, tolles Revier , tolle Yacht, guter Wind, Sonne...
Kleine Anmerkung : Alles war super; noch nie so eine bequeme und komfortable Yacht gefahren. Bei der Übergabe erkärte man mir, das der Schlüssel der Eingangstür nur "vorsichtig" zu bewegen sei. Soweit so gut. Aber nach 2 Tagen brach der Schlüssel.
Bei der Übergabe in Dubrovenik mekdete ich dies direkt; der Basis leiter besdtand aber darauf 40 € Schádenerstz einzufordern, ich bezahlte diesen Betrag. Ich habe mir aber die Frage gestellt, dass bei einer Chartergebühr von fast 7.000 € die Verhältnismäßigkeit nicht mehr gewahrt wurde; meine Mannschaft und ich fanden dies SEHR KLEINLICH; der Basisleiter wies leider keinerlei Professionnalität auf. des Basisleiters
