Man hat deutlich gemerkt, dass das Boot schon älter war und neu in die Charterflotte mitaufgenommen wurde. Vor Törnantritt wurde das nicht sauber durchgecheckt. Die meisten Mängel sind mir während des Törns leider erst aufgefallen.
Folgende Mängel hatte das Boot:
- Kochfeldbegrenzung war kaputt (Provisorisch von mir bei Abnahme behoben)
- diverse verschlüße von Türen und Klappen waren defekt
- keine Verbindung des Funks zum GPS
- teilweise fehlende Sicherheitsaudtattung wie zweites Handfunkgerät, zweiter Impeller,...
- Fäkalientankpumpe defekt, d.h. Abwassertank konnte nicht entleert werden und das Abwasser ist immer über das Überdruckventil an der Bordwand entwichen. Die Pumpe wurde am 3 Tag gewechselt, nachdem ich hierzu Kontak mit der Agentur aufgenommen hab
- Holepunkt der Genua während des Törn gerissen, Ersatz konnte von CroSail nicht bereit gestellt werden
- keine Möglichkeit über USB zu laden, das hätte vorab kommuniziert werden müssen. Hierzu mussten wir einen 12V Adapter kaufen, weil CroSail keinen am Tag des Törnantritts organisieren konnte. Die Kosten wurden von Crosail übernommen.
- Reff Leinen waren nicht eingebunden (ist bei Übernahme aufgefallen und wurde behoben)
- Elektrische Amataur Backbord Cockpit defekt
- kein Schlüssel für Außenborder vorhanden (wurde von mir bei Übernahme bemerkt)
Aufgrund der Punkte verzögerte sich das Auslaufen von 14.30 auf 16.45.
Enttäuscht war ich von Marenauta, weil ich bei Reservierung extra gefragt hatte, wie der Zudtand des älteren Boot sei. Hier wurde mir zugesichert, dass der Zustand sehr gut sei, ich denke jedoch nicht, dass sich hier ein Bild geschaffen wurde. Das spricht absolut nicht für Ihre Agentur!
CroSail war sehr freundlich und jederzeit bei Fragen Verfügbar.
Besonders Boote, welche neu aufgenommen werden, sollten jedoch besser gecheckt werden.
Das Boot würde ich empfehlen, wenn die oben genannten Mängel behoben wären. Von den Segel Eigenschaften hat mir das Boot sehr gut gefallen .
