Excellent place and nature, but be very hard on the check-in
We had a really good journey in beautiful nature and met a lot of friendly people. Marenauta was excellent in communications and chartering the boat, managing the booking. The only bad point is for the boat condition. They gave us another boat, a newer one, but it was in pretty bad condition. Missing windex and wind speed data, broken hull, deformed safety lines, really stiff bearings and the outboard engine didn't have any oil container cup, so as soon as we tried to put it on the dinghy, half of the oil was coming out of it... I can't even imagine how the other boat was holding up, that they've switched.
After all, I want to go back and enjoy that environment from a yacht, but I will be really picky again during the check-in.

Purtroppo quest'anno abbiamo avuto una spiacevole sorpresa. Pur essendo del 2016 la barca sembrava vecchia almeno di 15 anni. Vele consumate, spanciate, dure ed ingiallite, cime dure, incrostate dal sale e pericolosamente sfilacciate, gibolli ed ammacchi mal riparati in diverse parti dello scafo, luce in testa d'albero funzionante debolmente ed a intermittenza, catena dell'ancora pericolosamente arrugginita, assenza totale di riferimenti sulla catena per sapere i metri dati, salpancora quasi costantemente in blocco, alcuni scarichi wc difettosi, pistoni di ritenuta gavoni scarichi e non bloccanti, boccaporti e oblò riparati con rattoppi, ecc Sono disponibili naturalmente foto e filmati per documentare alcune delle cose indicate. In ultimo segnalo, che il secondo giorno abbiamo telefonato al numero delle urgenze fornito, per un problema tecnico e nessuno ci ha risposto e mai richiamato.
Siamo Vostri clienti da anni e ci siamo trovati sempre bene, ma questa volta siamo rimasti particolarmente delusi dello stato dell'imbarcazione (in rapporto anche al prezzo pagato). L'armatore disponeva di altre imbarcazioni dello stesso modello e nessuna era conciata in quel modo. Alla consegna abbiamo fatto presente della cosa ma ci è stato detto che era tutto funzionante e che la barca non era stata manutenuta come le altre perché sempre in giro.
Avremmo dovuta sapere prima tutte le problematiche della barca per decidere in modo consapevole e non scoprirle (senza poter fare più nulla) al momento della consegna (adesso capisco anche l'assenza di foto in fase di offerta! Se l'avessimo vista mezza arrugginita non l'avremmo di certo presa).
Spero che la nostra segnalazione contribuisca a migliorare il vs livello di controllo su quegli armatori che consegnano barche mal manutenute e non idonee per navigare sereni e tranquilli, per di più con dei bambini a bordo. Ci siamo proprio sentiti presi in giro.

Una buona esperienza
Molto belle le insenature ed il mare anche se l’isola è stata cementificata in maniera eccessiva. Unico neo il tavolo del pozzetto che alla seconda apertura di una delle due parti mobili non si è potuto più piegare.

Ottimo servizio!
Il servizio fornito da Marenauta è stato ineccepibile, sempre pronti a risolvere problemi e mediare con il charter. Abbiamo avuto necessità di spostare la data di pagamento perché indecisi se partire vista la situazione in Spagna e sono stati disponibili e veloci a trovare soluzioni. Rapidi nel rispondere e cordiali. Inoltre abbiamo risparmiato parecchi soldi prenotando tramite il loro portale. Da rifare per il prossimo anno!

Tutto ok ma....
Tutto abbastanza bene, unici appunti da fare:
- barca poco performante
- base manager è venuto poco incontro alle nostre esigenze
- il contatore del diesel è rotto! abbiamo pagato 200 euro di benzina non utilizzati
- restituire la barca alle 17 del venerdì è evitabile, soprattutto se la barca è in ordine

Mezza Maiorca in sette giorni
Ho atteso molti anni prima di convincermi a navigare nelle Baleari e, come da attese si sono rivelate un buon posto ma, con poche baie e/o ridossi tranquilli e senza la presenza di case e/o alberghi sulla costa.
Da considerare anche la variabile vento e onda che, mutavano in modo repentino e difficilmente prevedibile causando spesso ormeggi un po’ tribolati.

Tolle 14 Tage auf den Kanaren
Schiff war eine Nummer größer als gebucht,aber zum gleichen Preis(Dufour 460 GL).
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten mußten zwischendurch repariert werden,klappte aber tadellos durch die Mitarbeiter und den Base Manager.
Corona kam dann am Tag der Abreise. Kein normaler Flug eher Evakuierung.

Die Übernahme war problemlos.Gute Einführung .das
Schiff in einem guten Zustand.Technisch alles
einwandfrei.Optisch schon leicht gelitten,für
ein Charterboat normal.
Der Service im Hafen Pasito Blanco sehr gut.
Die Tour nach Teneriffa bei starkem Wellengang
kein Problem für die Dufour 312 GL.Mit
gerefften Segeln 7-8 kn. Wind bis 30 kn.
Ein absolut sicheres Gefühl.
Wir wollen es 2020 wieder Chartern.
Alles ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolle Erfahrung trotz anderem Schiff
Die Abwicklung beim Check-In, Bootsübernahme und Bootsrückgabe war professionel und problemlos. Leider war das gebuchte Schiff defekt so das man uns eine Jeanneau 519 Bj. 2017 gab. Das Schiff war in gutem Zustand und entsprach der Qualität eine neueren Jeanneau. Leider fällt der Vergleich zur gebuchten Dufour 512 zu Gunsten der Dufour aus. Der über Marenauta gebuchte WIFI-Router konnte nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden,war aber letztlich keine Problem. Eine Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit für das Gepäck am An- und Abreisetag wäre wünschenswert.

Schöner Silvesterurlaub mit viel Wind
Die Ausstattung des Bootes war leider nur durchschnittlich, schade eigentlich bei dieser Größenordnung. Auch waren einige Marinas nicht bereit oder in der Lage, Katamarane aufzunehmen. Und da es an ruhigen Buchten auf Gran Canaria und Teneriffa fehlt, wird mann bei viel Seegang schon mal ziemlich durchgerollt. Segelwind ist jedoch fast immer ausreichend vorhanden.

Croisière Mallorca
Très belle croisière et le bateau a bien fonctionné.
Pour une première nous étions ravis mais un peu à l'étroit avec le skipper qui le pauvre dormait dans le carré.
une prochaine fois nous prendrons une pièce de plus pour lui pour qu'i lest un coin plus personnel.
C'était fantastique de se retrouver sur un bateau une semaine mais je trouve que les 6 jours c'est un peu court.
On devrait faire 7 jours pour le prix!

Es war ein Scippertraining zur Vertiefung der Kenntnisse meiner Freunde, die 2015 ein eigenes Schiff gechartert haben (leider nicht bei Marenauta).
Nächstes Mal sind sie bestimmt auch Marenauta-Kunde.
Ich jedenfalls bin sehr zufrieden.
