La crociera, seppur un po' di mare mosso, si è svolta bene. Abbiamo visto dei bei posti, la barca era in buone condizioni.
Siamo rimasti molto scontenti del comportamento del charter in quanto ci ha addebitato costi per la VAT rispetto ad un rimborso che non avrebbe dovuto. Mi spiego meglio.
Abbiamo rotto il vetro di una finestra. Il giorno stesso noi, per facilitare la riparazione, li abbiamo avvisati. Al rientro, ci è stato addebitato il costo di una finestra intera (telaio, cerniere, vetro) mentre in altre finestre della barca sembrava essere stato sostituto (in precedenza) solo il vetro. A parte questo, ci è stata fatta una fattura della finestra con le imposte VAT. Secondo la ns assicurazione (di cui allego estratto della pratica), essendo un rimborso, avrebbe dovuto essere senza VAT.
"* The charter company is only entitled to claim the net amount as a claim since they can deduct VAT from third-party invoices.
It is also wrong if the charter company issue own invoice to you for the loss with value-added tax, since you has neither purchased a service from the charter company you nor bought anything.
Right is that they have to provide you with a proof of the costs to repair the claim and you/we have to compensate the (net)costs. Please ask the VAT from the charter company back."

I'm happy the clients enjoyed their holiday.
Regarding the provisioning kindly note that this is something that the clients requested to have on board.
They filled in the provisioning list and we gave it to the supermarket. The supermarket delivered the groceries to the boat when the hostess was on board . So when the clients arrived late in the evening everything was on board for them. This is something that we offer free of charge and it is completely optional if the clients want to have this done. We never told them they had to do it, it was something that the clients requested. Finally please keep in mind that there is only one supermarket inside the marina which delivers free to boats.
