Eine tolle Woche mit Tenuto

Wir hatten eine super Segelwoche mit unserer Dufour 460GL. Das Boot war sehr sauber und die Segel machten einen sehr guten Eindruck. Wir hatten einen Gennacker gemietet und haben diesen zwei volle Tage verwendet. DEr Support von Marenauta war wie immer top!

Vacanza movimentata

La società di charter è un ottimo charter, ci si sono presentati problemi, è saltato un fusibile principale che solo un tecnico poteva sostituire, ma sono sati risolti nel giro di un paio di ore. La vacanza poi è andata avanti senza nessun problema. L'unica osservazione che farei al charter è di dotare la barca di un fusibile "automatico" che anche un neofita può riattivare. Consiglio il charter per l'ottimo servizio.

Vacanza con Dufour 382 gran large

Il servizio offerto da Marenauta, per la seconda volta consecutiva, è stato ottimo. Personale gentile, accogliente, preparato. Nulla da dire. Anzi. Piccolo problema tecnico con l'imbarcazione risolto tempestivamente a distanza da tecnici incaricati dallo staff. Non sono invece rimasto soddisfatto delle doti velistiche della barca noleggiata. Ma questo è un altro discorso.

Early check in non pagato e non ricevuto. Back charge di Euro 200 senza autorizzazione. Check in non professionale, nessuna conoscenza del navigatore non funzionante. Sconsiglio l’utilizzo di questo charter in Sardegna.
