La vacanza e andata bene a parte la barca,
era vecchia e scassata siamo stati 2 giorni fermi per riparazioni,
poi ha piovuto e purtroppo gli oblo a tetto erano rotti e ha piovuto dentro,
al rientro mi hanno contestato un guasto su una elica (non l'ho fatto io )
e mi hannno fatto pagare 420 euro di danni che non ho mai fatto.
So che non è colpa vostra ma vi chiederei di intervenire e farmi restituire la somma pagata
Non utilizzerò mai questo charter in vita mia a e sconsiglierò sempre chiunque ad utilizzare questo servizio

VACANZA ROVINATA
La nostra esperienza con questo charter e' stata completamente negativa. Già al check-in ci siamo lamentati dello stato di degrado dell'imbarcazione, ci hanno sostituito il tender e non ci hanno fornito del motore di servizio (nessuno ci ha avvertito che era compreso nel pagamento da noi effettuato!). Vacanza all'insegna del puzzo di fognatura (probabilmente serbatoi acque scure lasciati sporchi) al punto da farci rientrare un giorno prima del previsto. Il bello poi è accaduto al check-out quando ci hanno contestato un danno sia sul bottazzo a prua (?) sia in carena a poppa. Nulla e' valso da parte nostra contestare immediatamente il blocco della cauzione con descrizioni precise puntuali, con documentazione fotografica della nostra estraneità a quanto sostenuto dal charter, compreso un video che dimostra puntualmente il contrario di quanto addotto da questi signori.
La nostra vacanza si è conclusa con un addebito assolutamente ingiustificato di circa e. 800,00!!!
