La barca eccellente ma troppe cabine (5+1 crew) incoerenti con la taglia della barca e scomode per noi che abbiamo preso una barca grande per comfort.
We had a great catamaran, in very good shape and a wonderful crew, Panos, the skipper, and Katerina, the hostess.
Katerina had called earlier during the prior weekand asked me about what we wantd to eat and ordered everything we needed for her to cook us delicious breakfast and outstanding dishes for lunch. The boa was always kept clean.
Upon arrival we sat down with the skipper and decided between two routes he had prepared for us earlier. A

Southern Dodecanese starting in Kos
First of all, the sailing experience was fantastic. The Dodecanese are beautiful and very special. Our route was Pserimos, Kalymnos, Nisiros and then Symi. Beaches, cliffs, volcanos and serenity, And our SO 42i was great to sail. Perfect for 4. On arrival, the base manager was very welcoming, offered good advice on itinerary, and were quick to get us going. Essential when you're eager. We had a few issues along the way, which should be expected from a boat that has achieved a certain age, but both the base manager and Marenauta were very responsive and flexible in helping us deal with the issue at hand, as well as accommodating our preferences. Really professional. And this is also why we're returning customers.

Very good vacation
We were 9 (4 adults + 5 teenagers). It was enough space around the table and for sleeping (teenagers slept on the desk).
Boat do 7-8 kt easily by 15kt wind.
Some small fixtures of ladders doors dingi etc were broken (may be because of the end of the season?).
Engine, sails, and all major things were 100%.

Boot war schlecht gewartet.
Das Revier ist schön, der Ausgangshafen ist allerdings etwas abgelegen.
Già in fase di consegna, il personale addetto mi ha avvisato di un guasto del misuratore della catena dell'ancora, del quale ho preso atto. Successivamente, mi sono reso conto che i seguenti dispositivi erano guasti:
auto-pilota, anemometro (segnavento), profondimetro. Infine, la catena dell'ancora non aveva le classiche tacche di profondità.
Ho segnalato i gravi difetti ad Athenian, che ha risposto mettendomi in contatto con il tecnico il quale ha detto che era necessario fare una call in sua presenza con un tecnico RayMarine. Purtroppo tale call non è stata organizzata.
Gli ormeggi in rada sono stati difficoltosi, senza profondimetro, misuratore della catena dell'ancora e senza tacche di profondità sull'ancora. Praticamente alla cieca.
A questo aggiungo che anche l'assenza dell'anemometro ha reso il tutto poco piacevole. Per non parlare della sicurezza.
Al mio ritorno ho contestato i guasti al Base Manager, il quale ha riconosciuto i difetti ed ha ritenuto di offrire uno storno delle spese di pulizia (€170,00) che ho accettato.
Ritengo che Albatros sia stata consegnata al di sotto dei livelli di sicurezza ed ho avvisato Athenian di provvedere prima di affittarla nuovamente.
Da oltre 10 anni noleggio barche a vela in Grecia tramite MARENAUTA.
Anche quest'anno la barca (Sun Odyssey 440 di due anni) era in ordine e non ha dato alcun problema anche con vento fresco (25 Knt) incontrato nei primi giorni di vacanza.
Inutile dire della bellezza e del fascino evocativo delle Sporadi, conto di tornare.

Una vacanza da sogno
Quando siamo arrivati avevamo previsioni meteo avverse, invece abbiamo avuto una settimana meravigliosa. I posti sono veramente belli, complice anche il periodo non erano affollatissimi. Sono molto contento del servizio e assistenza ricevuta da Marenauta, sono certo che Vi scegliero in seguito. Meno soddisfatto dell'armatore, la barca molto bella e confortevole aveva qualche problema con i bagni che rilasciavano molto spesso cattivi odori, inoltro la biancheria era poco pulita ma soprattutto sulla barca c'era un chartplotter privo di scheda e quindi di batimetriche (a mio avviso una mancanza grave). Sono stato contattoto molto spesso dall'armatore prima del check in al solo fine di vendere servizi aggiuntivi.
Ottima barca, divertente e facile, migliorabile sotto aspetti marginali con piccoli accorgimenti per renderla più accogliente, nessun problema tecnico, vento dai 20 ai 30 nodi tutti i giorni, agenzia perfetta disponibili e cordiali dall'accoglienza al check out ... Grecia magica come sempre

Base Manager molto disponibile. Si è adoperato per provare a risolvere qualche problemino riscontrato sulla barca (luci e ventilatore in corto, prese usb non funzionanti..) solo in parte risolti.
Barca comunque in ordine anche se non molto pulita.
Nessun problema in navigazione salvo la rottura di un bozzello dell'avvolgitore del fiocco a causa di un circuito leggermente corto.
Al rientro non ci è stato comunque addebitato il costo, molto disponibili!
