Vele non buone, check-out assurdo

Dopo due giorni di navigazione la balumina del fiocco si è lacerata un metro sotto la penna, evidententemente per usura. non abbiamo più usato il fiocco per non rovinarlo del tutto, ma l'armatore, invece di scusarsi per i disagio provocato e senza nemmeno aprire il fiocco per controllare, ha cominciato a sostenere che si trattava di un fiocco del 2020 che quindi se non sarebbe riuscito a ripararlo ce lo avrebbe fatto pagare, cosa assurda visto che noi l'unica cosa che abbiamo fatto era utilizzarlo in navigazione (e poi dai con il (e poi con il vento che c'è in finlandia se uno rolla male il fiocco e la balumina sbatte è chiaro che si rovina anche dopo un anno)(e poi con il vento che c'è in finlandia se uno rolla male il fiocco e la balumina sbatte è chiaro che si rovina anche dopo un anno). inoltre la randa rollata si apriva con estrema difficoltà, ci aveva avviato di trattenere la base mentre la si rollava, ma anche se ci mettevamo in tre a rollare la randa con la massima attenzione quando poi la aprivi impazzivi

Our mission is to keep our fleet in best possible condition. We are the only company in Finland providing large bare boats for experienced sailors.

Thank You for the great evaluation of the cleaning!

In Finland, we have some benefits compared with Med:

- Less salt in the water.

- Less UV

These factors give us the benefit of less wear and tear on canvasses and sails.

The genoa broken is our newest, North Sails 2020. Top quality.

Mainsail reefing is a bit tricky, unless You are used to operate it.

The skipper of the boat spoke only Italian, so all of the communication was trough a translator – who said to me ,when leaving “ You are a sympathic guy; thank You.”

For this reason i´ m a bit sad about the comments of the service I personally gave.

In this boat “Gianna” the instrumentation is low level, but adequate. I guess, the lack of wind speed and bow prop was a disappointment for the Skipper.

Otherwise our boats are all fully equipped for sailing in the Archipelago.

Regardless of this, I´m happy, that the Sailors were overall 4/5 and can recommend us.
