Ottima l'assistenza a terra dei ragazzi a Marsala. Barca datata con drizze e scotte praticamente inutilizzabili. Fiocco datato, randa steccata datata. Cuscineria pozzetto sporca e datata.
Our trip to Eolie, Ustica and Egadi was very pleasant. Marenauta did an excellent job in getting all we asked, including various extras and using our preferred skipper.

Quest'anno ho scelto le Egadi e si è rilavata ottima grazie anche alla bella barca che ci ha accolto e coccolato per tutta la settimana. Isole bellissime e mare splendido, facili e brevi navigazioni e numerosi punti di ancoraggio e gavitelli.

sono Barni Angelo, skipper con 30 anni di esperienza mediterraneo e Caraibi (Grenadine).
Vi devo dire che i ragazzi della società di charter sono stati stupendi. In 30 anni e’ il miglior charter che ho trovato.
Siamo partiti da Marsala per Pantelleria e poi Egadi.
Abbiamo avuto dei problemi normali (sfilecciatura scotta randa) che li hanno rimediati prontamente, addirittura portandoci i cannoli alla mattina.
Personale sorridente e barca perfetta (Saona 47). Devo solo fare i complimenti.

La barca era nuovissima, ma sembrava montata male, due carrelli delle stecche della randa erano rotti (non si è capito cosa può essere successo ... forse erano carrelli di recupero che si sono rotti per usura) un carrello della scotta del fiocco si è svitato, alcuni particolari in plastica erano stati avvitati con l'avvitatore elettrico distruggendo il filetto che la vite aveva formato nella plastica e così le viti non tenevano e poi la randa era armata alla tedesca ma c'erano solo due winch e servivano anche per il fiocco ... così dovevi sempre verificare che quello sopravvento fosse libero dalla randa prima di virare ... l'armatore però si è adoperato per risolvere i problemi celermente
Alles hat sehr gut geklappt, die Leute beim Charterer waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit, leider konnte man die Kautionsversicherung für das Boot nicht aufkaufen, und das war ein großer Mangel.Aber zum Glück wurde nichts beschädigt.
Anche questa volta Marenauta mi ha aiutato ad organizzare una vacanza meravigliosa. Eccellente servizio, velocità nelle risposte e nella gestione delle richieste. Servizio del charter impeccabile, idem la barca. Avanti così!
