Satisfied but extremely high prices for marinas
Satisfied with boat and Il Gabbiano. What should be improved it is facilities (toilets, shower - cca. 1/2 away from boat).
But what was negative experience and we were surprised - there were extremely high prices for marinas at Lipari islands and on the other hand lack of services (especially at Salina - 110 EUR but 2 showers for 80 yachts).

We made a last minute rental through Marenauta. Finding a boat on the website was really easy and simple. Excellent booking and support service (fast and precise answer). The boat (Oceanis 35) was in great conditions. The rental company team was really nice and welcoming. We had excellent wind conditions (my wife would say a little too excellent) all along the week even if the first day was a little rough with scattered thunderstorms. The Eolian Islands are really nice with many beautiful bays and places to bath. Each island has its own personality! Just beware of securing you anchoring especially if it is windy …

Vacanza in famiglia
Le Eolie in bassa stagione sono una meta incredibile. Anche le condizioni meteo non eccellenti non hanno rovinato la vacanza. I pontili e le piccole marine sono stati un punto di approdo comodo e accogliente. Anche la logistica è andata molto bene. Catania Portorosa è molto vicino e poi bastano un paio di orette di navigazione per essere già nel paradiso di Vulcano. Consiglio a tutti

Una Pasqua a vela tra le Eolie
Locatore gentile, professionale e disponibile. Barca in ottime condizioni. Porto di partenza (Portorosa) ottimamente attrezzato e perfetto per balzare nell'arcipelago. Purtroppo la stagione era molto indietro e il meteo è stato abbastanza severo. Ma fa parte del gioco e l'esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva (prima volta alle Eolie). Enrico e Silvia con Carola (12 anni) ed Emanuele (9 anni).

Una volta e mai più.
Abbiamo fatto la vacanza ad agosto: due settimane in giro per le Eolie. Non c'è stato verso di attraccare da nessuna parte per mancanza di posto, e questo ci può anche stare. Ma la assoluta mancanza di banchine di transito, la estrema scortesia dei gestori dei pontili galleggianti (a Lipari, pur avendo le banchine vuote durante la maggior parte del giorno, non ci hanno neanche concesso due minuti di attracco per sbarcare un paio di persone per andare a fare la spesa!!), il costo di un rifornimento di acqua (35€!! Quando in Sardegna, all'Elba, al Giglio, in Corsica, etc. etc. al massimo mi chiedevano 5€, quando me le chiedevano)...beh, non hanno contribuito a rendere onore alla famosa accoglienza meridionale. Ci è sembrato (a me ed agli altri) che la filosofia alla base di tutto era "tanto non tornano, approfittiamo per quanto possibile". Un ultimo esempio: sempre a Lipari, per spedare l'ancora che si era incattivita su una catena sul fondo, ho dovuto affittare una bombola con erogatore (SOLO una bombola con l'erogatore, niente pinne, niente muta, niente GAV, niente maschera). 5 minuti di lavoro a 15 metri, il pressostato della bombola neanche si è mosso: mi hanno fatto pagare come se avessi noleggiato la bombola per una giornata intera.
Dimenticavo: scordatevi scontrini e ricevute. Più volte ho fatto notare la cosa (soprattutto a quelli che mi rapinavano per il rifornimento di acqua), e venivo guardato come fossi un marziano.
