Despite some initial challenges with steering issues, the charter company was incredibly helpful and quick at resolving it and we had an great sailing week, enjoying all sorts of weather fun. Olbia is a great place to visit and to party - don’t miss the Art Academy on a Saturday night.

Electrical connection cable was damaged at some places. Must be replaced. Friendly charter staff was very attentive and helpful. The sailboat was in good condition and clean. As discussed in advance with the charter company were additional heaters and blankets on board. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans completely.

Even we had accident with our boat, marina manager vas very professional and very kind, so everything was finally solved in a good way. Real prove of good service is exactly in situation that we all want to avid. So again we choose same team and same crew!

Another vacation with Marenauta. This time Cyclades. We had brand new boat, and again perfect service at Lavrion marina. Unfortunately we had terrible weather. 3 days of terrible storm. One of those days, we were at the open see with 7 bofors, and wind gusts over 54 kn, and crazy waves. Sailing boats were forbidden to leave ports that day, but somehow we were there. In this hard sea, we had big problem. Some electrical instalation, and bow truster were out of order. In this critical moments we had very good communication with marina manager, Vasilis. He helped us to find a man for help, as well as to encuridge us to continue trip. This was precious , it that moments when you don't see easy way out. At the end, we had again exceptional reception in marina. I Have to mention that all cost of reparation, was accepted by agency! We had perfect last night in Lavrion, and for sure we will go again!

Isole ioniche bellissime

La zona è fantastica, merita davvero almeno una vacanza se possibile di 3 settimane. In 2 settimane un pò di corsa riesci a fare il giro completo. La barca pur essendo abbastanza nuova non è tenuta benissimo e oltre tutto abbiamo avuto diversi problemi con le batterie. Il gps è piccolo e la carta è davvero poco dettagliata. L'assenza dell'elica di prua è una grossa mancanza in una barca nuova e di questo livello.

Schaden am Boot

Wir hatten eine leichte Bodenberührung mit dem Boot. Daraufhin hielt man uns 2000 Eur von den 4000 Eur Kaution ab. Man sagte uns es wäre ein Loch im Rumpf und Beschädigungen am Ruder. Das ist überhaupt nicht möglich weil das Ruder ja viel tiefer liegt als der Rumpf, also beides gleichzeitig ist nicht möglich und es war auch nur eine leichte Berührung in Primosten. Das hat der Marineiro uns dort auch bestätigt. Bevor wir das Boot gechartert haben, wollte ich eine Versicherung abschliessen, die die Selbstbeteiligung im Falle eines Schadens abdeckt. Das war aber leider nicht möglich.... Ich habe das bei anderen verchartert Firmen immer so gemacht. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Jean-Pierre Fallin

Ottimo servizio per professionalità e gentilezza fornito da Marenauta; la barca in perfetto stato a parte la maniglia di una porta di una delle cabine, la mancata fornitura di tutte le pinne maschere e boccagli prenotati (presenti solo 5 delle 9 richieste e assenza delle pinne con n.ri piccoli)e il non funzionamento del wifi VORREI MA NON POSSO: avuto la sensazione di non poter fare quanto desiderato; il sabato alle 18 terminato il checkin ma impossibilitati ad uscire in mare e costretti a dormire in porto senza una spiegazione plausibile; spesso costretti a dormire nei porti per probabili allerte meteo (poi non verificatesi), ma impossibile prenotare posto barca via radio e costretti a raggiungere il porto per sentirsi dire che non c'era posto. Per concludere una bella esperienza con una bella barca nuova e funzionale ma troppo limitati nel poter decidere in autonomia un proprio itinerario

Leider habe ich den Early Check in gebucht. Das Schiff war erst gegen 18:30 Uhr zum Auslaufen bereit. Da man unter anderem den Schlüssel des Bootes nicht gefunden hat. Laut Stützpunkt - Leitung (Marco) sollte ich von Ihnen eine Gutschrift erhalten.

Einige Mängel, aber freundliches Personal

Obwohl wir schon spät an der Charterbasis angekommen sind und man uns fragte, ob die Übergabe am Folgetag aufgrund der spten Uhrzeit erfolgen könne, war das Schiff weder aufgeräumt, noch Wasser aufgefüllt. Eine Übergabe hat dann auch nie stattgefunden, da immer wieder verschoben wurde und dann sind wir einfach losgesegelt. Das Bimini-Top hatte Risse, die Ventilatoren unter Deck funtionierten weder im Salon noch in der backbord Achterkabine. Die Bootsunterlagen hatte man gar nicht an Bord gebracht, sodass wir dann im nächsten Hafen erst bemerkt haben, dass diese wichtigen unterlagen fehlten.

Schöne Landschaften, schlechtes Boot

Das Boot lag in einer anderen Marina als in den Unterlagen angegeben, wir mussten trotz Zusage 17 Uhr ab Mittag bis 17:35 auf den Check-in warten, das Boot Lagoon 40 war dreckig und für 1,5 Jahre Alter in keinem guten Zustand. Zudem segelt es äußerst schlecht, erst ab 4 Windstärken kann man vernünftig segeln da total untertakelt. Kaum Stauraum in der Pantry und in den Achterkabinen. Die Ausstattung der Pantry war sehr dürftig. Die Davits sind so tief angebracht, dass man den Außenborder nicht am Dinghy lassen kann und das Dinghy bei höheren Wellen immer wieder eintaucht, totale Fehlkonstruktion. Auch das Bergen des Großsegels ist äußerst mühsam. Auch die unterste Stufe in die Rümpfe und die eckigen Türgriffe sind aufgrund Verletzungsgefahr absolute Fehlkonstruktionen - wie kann Lagoon nach so vielen Jahren Erfahrung so was bauen. Landschaftlich ist Mallorca und Cabrera sehr schön, Wind war leider wenig.

Società che ha gestito la locazione della barca molto professionale . Capo base e staff di Portorosa bravi e professionali . La barca aveva qualche difetto migliorabile ….. la doccerà era inservibile e ci ha dato qualche problema . Per il resto bellissima vacanza!!!! Sicuramente da rifare .

La barca,un catamarano lagoon 52, era nuova, molto bella e comoda per 10 persone di equipaggio. Si consiglia tuttavia di non trascurare elementi che potrebbero sembrare scontati come il tender che, a differenza della barca, era vetusto, piccolo e oltre che sottomotorizzato aveva difficoltà all'avviamento... limitando in modo considerevole i nostri programmi e attività! Qualche appunto anche riguardo le dotazioni di bordo, assolutamente insufficienti o addirittura assenti come il tovagliato (neanche una tovaglietta di plastica!!!) ed altri utili accessori di cucina nonche' la biancheria dei letti non all'altezza dell'imbarcazione.

Check in bereits am Freitag erledigt, da Samstags seh viel Gedränge. Die Inselwelt vor trogir bietet viele Marinas und Buchten mit Bojen und Restaurants, leider in der Hauptsaison kaum einsame, geschützte Plätze. Die ganze Woche etwas Wind (leider auch in der Nacht).

Great boat, but terrible check-in

The boat was great, but the charter tried to ruin my vacation sending for the check-in procedure someone who did not know the boat at all. During the check-in he was never sure about the equipment of the boat and he even gave me wrong information about the water tanks and water level indicators. It took me a while to figure out his terrible mistake and to reorganize my trip based on water supply.

La barca, un Dufour 512, molto accessoriata, alquanto ben tenuta, unica pecca le batterie dei servizi, da sostituire subito!! Per fortuna che avevamo il generatore.... Altra pecca: le cabine di prua sono in realtà singole, non possono essere considerate matrimoniali, quindi è inutile prendere 4 cabine con 2 a prua perchè il Dufour 512 è troppo stretto a prua, molto meglio sono gli oceanis..

L'agenzia Marenauta é riuscita a trovarci un imbarcazione in pochissimo tempo per il periodo di alta stagione, unica cosa la compagnia dei charter ad un prezzo abbastanza elevato ci ha fornito non troppi confort. Infatti pur avendo segnalato che eravamo 7 passeggeri non abbiamo ricevuto lenzuola e asciugamani per 7 persone. Per il resto la barca ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative rendendo la vacanza bellissima. Non è la prima volta che utilizziamo Marenauta che ha sempre ampiamente soddisfatto le nostre richieste.

Herrliches Revier zwischen Kos und Rhodos. Glasklares Wasser, schöne Ankerbuchten, selbst in der Hauptsaison nicht überlaufen. Abwicklung über Marenausta wie immer perfekt. Oceanis 38.1 in sehr gutem Zustand. Ideal für einen Familientörn oder auch mit Freunden.

Charter war absolut unmöglich!

Schon beim check-in wurden wir nach einer Kautionsversicherung gefragt. Der Herd des Bootes war kaputt. Die Segel des 4-jahre alten Bootes second hand. Bei Ankunft in der Heimatmarina kam der Leiter der Base und untersuchte das Boot nach kratzern und schrammen. Bei einer beschwerde darüber wurde uns angedroht, uns die Kaution nicht zurückzuzahlen oder die letzte Nacht nicht auf dem Boot verbringen zu dürfen. Das schlimmste Chartererlebnis, dass wir je hatten.

Wir lieben die Sun Loft 47!

Das Revier kennen wir seit Jahren. Es ist immer wieder - auch in der Hochsaison - wunderbar. Das Konzept der Sun Loft 47 hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Da hat sich Jeanneau ein tolle Innovation einfallen lassen. Wir haben das große Cockpit, die Küche, die großen Tische und die Liegewiese unter dem „Schiebedach“ sehr genossen. Unter Deck für uns vier der pure Luxus mit eigenem Bad für jeden. Uns fehlte bei unserem Boot ein Bugstrahlruder. Bei 47 Fuss wäre das schon ganz hilfreich. Das Navigationstablet war auf unserem Boot ein echtes Billigteil. In den Geschirrschränken fehlte jede Art von Rutschmatte oder sonstige Einrichtung zur Feststellung des Inhaltes, weshalb wir ziemlich viel Glas- und Geschirrbruch sowohl in den Schränken als auch bei unter der Last des Schrankinhaltes aufspringenden Türen im Schiff hatten. Da hat der Schiffseigner zu sehr gespart. Aber in toto: Super!!!

Barca con notevoli segni di usura, nonostante i tre anni di vita, con notevole tendenza al rollio all'ancora. Rollio associato allo scricchiolio dell'arredo interno, per cui è stato difficile dormire. Nonostante tutto ciò il giro tra isole flegree e pontine è stato bello come al solito. In particolare Palmarola che risulta essere ancora incontaminata.

In una settimana si riescono a visitare 6 delle 7 isole dell'arcipelago. Si consiglia il mese di Luglio piuttosto che Agosto in quanto c'è meno gente ed è più facile trovare posto sia alla boa che in marina. Necessario il tender.

Trattati a pesci in faccia dalla compagnia di charter. La barca pur avendo solo 5 anni era molto malconcia, anche le vele usurate. Due ore dopo la partenza ci accorgiamo che il frigo non raffredda, è rotto. Il wifi portatile noleggiato non funziona. Tre giorni senza frigo, spesa buttata, due soste fuoriprogramma in porto per far aggiustare il frigo. All'arrivo in banchina neanche un "mi dispiace" e anzi non volevano restituirmi i soldi pagati per il wifi che non ha mai funzionato. Attenzione al cliente inesistente in queste grandi compagnie internazionali dove pur pagando hai più doveri che diritti.

Isole magiche, soprattutto Palmarola, selvaggia e meravigliosa. Incantevole la storia del carcere di Santo Stefano. L'ormeggio nel porto romano di Ventotene riporta nella storia di Roma e dei suoi fasti ed la cittadina è sospesa nel tempo. Ponza vivace e colorata rende la vacanza indimenticabile.

Arrivati a Olbia ottima reception e rapido check in - barca in buono stato con qualche problema alla randa. Quando non sapevamo qualche cosa abbiamo chiamato il service che ci ha sempre risposto. Abbiamo navigato molto bene e la barca ha dato buone prestazioni sia a motore che a vela. Ottima manovrabilità. Ritorno a Olbia con assistenza all'ormeggio e rapido check out. In generale una buonissima settimana.

Una settimana fantastica

Accoglienza a Pozzuoli molto efficiente da parte di Mario ed i suoi collaboratori. Ci eravamo stati gia' lo scorso anno e Mario ci ha regalato anche l'utilizzo di un Sap nuovo di pacco. Il Catamarano Lucia 40 molto ben rifinito e spazioso, e siamo partiti per una settimana fantastica tra Ischia, Ventotene con ormeggio suggestivo nel Porto romano, e Ponza. Tutto perfetto

Ist eine der schönsten Segel Regionen die ich besucht habe. Aufgrund der speziellen Situation war natürlich überall genug Platz vorhanden, ob Hafen Restaurant usw. Der Vercharterer hat natürlich ein paar Euros dazuverdient mit einem kleinen Schaden der im Selbstbehalt Bereich liegt und den wir übersehen haben. Tja Italos halt, also passt gut auf.

È stata una bella vacanza in posti bellissimi! La barca era molto bella e spaziosa, Mario un po’ rigido negli orari ed anche se dalle 14 eravamo in Marina abbiamo ricevuto la barca alle 19 senza così poter uscire dal porto. Ci ha però concesso di rientrare la mattina del sabato anziché il venerdi sera.

Wir hatten uns einen besseren Zustand erwartet (Boot ist Baujahr 2017). Viele kleine Defekte, Minimalausstattung (zB. Winsch nur auf einer Seite des Niedergangs, alle Fallen, Großschot, Reffs, Baumniederholer, U-Liekstrecker mit einer Winsch zu bedienen). Materialien auch nicht ideal ... Großschotbedienung auch ein ziemlicher Kompromiss (keine Travellerschiene, extrem viel Reibung der Schot...). Werde nächstes Mal wohl viel genauer hinschauen ...

Vacanza in barca nel golfo di Napoli

Abbiamo organizzato questa vacanza con base a Pozzuoli che nel complesso è risultata molto positiva. Abbiamo incontrato persone cordiali, mare bello e cibo ottimo. La procedura di check-in è stata un po’ lunga (anche in seguito delle norme anti Covid). Comodo è stato fare cambusa in un market nei pressi del marina con la spesa che ci è stata consegnata direttamente in barca. Un appunto lo farei ad alcuni marina che, a parte quello di Pozzuoli, erano carenti di servizi: a Forio (Ischia) il bagno era chiuso per ristrutturazione ed era disponibile un bagno nelle vicinanze presso la capitaneria ma l’acqua era fredda e alle ore 20 chiudeva. A Sant’Angelo (Ischia) non c’era il bagno e per una notte abbiamo speso oltre 150€. Anche a Sorrento non era disponibile il bagno nel marina. Per quanto riguarda la barca il tender era leggermente sottodimensionato; In seguito alle necessità di chiarimenti sull’attrezzatura o per assistenza per la navigazione il personale della base ci ha sempre fornito adeguato supporto telefonico. Anche un guasto all’impianto idraulico (non dipendente dal nostro utilizzo) è stato sistemato senza alcun addebito nei nostri confronti. Nel complesso rifarei assolutamente questa vacanza.

Bella barca l'Oceanis 48, anche se non in condizioni perfette per un 2018. Ottimo il prezzo di locazione per la categoria, ma problemi con lo staff del charter locale che nonostante avessi segnalato al check-in la presenza di acqua in sentina e nel wc principale, si giustificavano dicendo che si trattava di acqua di lavaggio che pero'e' rimasta per tutta la settimana poiche' il wc era tappato e dopo i primi usi ha cominciato ad emanare cattivo odore e la sentina continuava a contenere acqua, nonostante l'intervento della pompa. Ma la cosa piu' grave, a mio giudizio, e' che contattata la base per un problema al plotter, mi dicevano che avrebbero consultato il tecnico. Non ho avuto piu' risposta. Dopo tre giorni anche l'autopilota ha dato problemi, faceva dei bei 360°. Comunque le Eolie sono belle.

Ho scoperto Marenauta a marzo e ho già fatto una vacanza con voi a luglio 11-18 luglio e un altra inizia con voi dal 1 agosto all'8 agosto. Mi sono trovato benissimo. Offerta economica straordinaria ma sopratutto assistenza e precisione nella fase di prenotazione. Puntuali e precisi nel fornire dettagli e dare assistenza. Sto suggerendo Marenauta a tutti gli skipper e sui vari gruppi Facebook in cui mi scambio opinioni e consigli.

Modern geschitten, dadurch enorm größe Kabinen, weit mehr als bei 41 Fuß üblich. Endlich ein Decktisch mit stabiler gerader Fläche. Sehr helle Tischlampe anbringbar. Extrem große Bimini = guter Sonnenschutz auch bei tiefer stehender Sonne. Schlecht: Navigationsdisplay unglücklich angebracht, meist geblendet.
