Trotz einer Panne haben wir einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub genossen
Das Boot ist neuwertig und ist super gepflegt. Wir waren zu viert und hatten super viel Platz. Bequeme Betten und ein schöner ruhiger Hafen. Restaurant und Laden am Hafen vorhanden. Wir würden das Boot wieder mieten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter am Check in.

Ottimo charter con personale disponibile, barche recenti ben manutenute e attrezzate, buoni servizi portuali e tutto quanto può servire per una splendida vacanza in barca. Anche la location non ha tradito le aspettative, un buon punto di partenza sia per puntare al parco naturale delle Incoronate sia per raggiungere le isole più a sud.
Very nice holiday even though we had two days of rain. The charter company and staff are to be recommended but I would not take the same boat again. The boat had a lot of problems probably due to years of use.
Il servizio di accoglienza è stato gentile e cortese, ma secondo me una persona sola per il flusso di clienti ad agosto è poco, complimenti per l'impegno. la barca pulita con le sue dotazioni ma la sua manutenzione non è sufficiente, al check in è stata trovata dell'acqua dolce in sentina, circa 80/90 litri, che è stata aspirata e gettata in mare , imputando ad una perdita della doccia esterna. Ma per tutta la settimana della vacanza la perdita ha continuato a far fuoriuscire acqua dolce, tanto da dover riempire i serbatoi ogni giorno, infine il frigo che non raffreddava a dovere, tanto da dover buttare delle confezioni di carne che sono andate guaste. il Servizio di assistenza è stato pronto e disponibile anche durante la vacanza e si è prodigato per inviarci un tecnico per la riparazione, ma per vari motivi non siamo mai riusciti a trovare un porto dove incontrarci con il tecnico. Nota importante, con il pacchetto base di 200 euro che comprende la pulizia della barca sono incluse le lenzuola e le federe dei cuscini ma ATTENZIONE non sono compresi gli asciugamani, per me una novità, in tutte le barche che ho noleggiato ho sempre trovato lenzuola e asciugamani. Peraltro gli asciugamani se li vuoi basta pagare una quota a parte, bastava saperlo e anche vero che in fondo al contratto era scritto ma se qualcuno me lo avesse accennato sicuramente li avrei presi.
