Summer 2019 was my second time that my boyfriend and I rented a sailing boat with Marenauta. Their team has always been very professional, easy to deal with, very approachable and very kind and helpful. I would very much recommend it to anyone. Plus, their prices are really competitive!

Excellent bora wind that blew for 15 days at 20/25 knots making fun great.
Poor and unreliable equipment of the boat. During the check-in and out of August, the maintenance has been forgotten ... VHF radio was not working, furling mainsail was jammed, windlass several times in block ... more than a thousand small problems.
It 's a must bring their own material for maintenance because the boat is not provided at all.

A wonderful experience
It was a great holiday from start to finish, from the welcoming in Marina until the final goodbyes. The boat was comfortable, although not so new. Good value for money. It was nice to sail knowing to return to the Marina in the evening and take advantage of the hot showers and of a restaurant service excellent! An experience that I recommend to everyone!

Purtroppo la barca, Lady ANN Jeanneau 49, aveva dei problemi. Il plotter non funzionava al momento del check-in e quindi abbiamo aspettato il giorno successivo x la riparazione.Questo ha rimandato la nostra partenza di un giorno. Inoltre segnalo le batterie non sufficientemente cariche da poter garantire un buon funzionalità del verricello e il wang era rotto.
Per il resto tutto ok.

Armatore serio e affidabile. La barca era datata ma ben tenuta. Si preoccupano molto di fornire l'imbarcazione nel miglior stato possibile.

We booked 2003 Sun Odyssey 49i but crew before us returned it with problem so we got 2018 Cruiser 46 instead. Possibility to make such replacement is very important as no charter/agency can predict the shape of returned boat. Replacement boat was clean and very well equiped, check in and check out procedure was done thoroughly but quickly (we sent all crew and skipper info before via mail). Boat had issues with bow thrusters and water pump in one shower cabin but we were not bothered as sail boat is not a hotel and we sailed very well. We will use Marenauta and their partners again and will also recommend them.

Basisleiter und Büroangestellte waren sehr freundlich, lediglich beim Check in konnte eine defekte Toilette (manuelle Abpumpbedienung) nicht repariert werden. Bei der Übernahme war diesbezüglich ein Mitarbeiter von Charter sehr unfreundlich betreffend dieses Problems. Beim Check out war dieser jedoch sehr freundlich. Kleinere Probleme wie sich lösende Türklinken wurden von uns selbst wieder Instand gesetzt. Keine Probleme mit Takelage, Elektronik oder nautischen Instrumenten. Gesamtbewertung gut.

MARENAUTA UNA GARANZIA
Noleggio con Marenauta da più di 10 anni e sono state vacanze sempre ottime, non possiamo dire che tutto sia andato sempre al 100% perchè sarebbe impossibile, ma anche quando abbiamo incontrato alcuni problemi, Marenauta ha sempre risolto.

Bene, ma si può fare meglio
Ottimo modello di barca con vele seminuove. Segnalo importanti perdite di acqua dolce che si concentrano in sentina rendendo inutilizzabili gli spazi di stoccaggio e batteria servizi a fine vita che causa impossibilità di utilizzo di entrambi i frigoriferi e difficoltà di recupero dell'ancora (salpa ancora impiega circa 5 minuti per recuperare 30 metri di catena).

La valutazione nell'insieme è positiva.
Alcuni rilievi:
Il check-in alla partenza un po' troppo sbrigativo e superficiale da parte loro: affidano a te il controllo di tutto, chiedendo di segnalare i problemi rilevati. Secondo me sarebbe stato corretto verificare insieme e dimostrare il funzionamento di tutti gli apparati e dell'attrezzatura.
Anche perché al rientro il checkout è invece molto meticoloso e tendono ad addebitarti situazioni già presenti in partenza.
Per esempio pongono forte attenzione al funzionamento del rolla fiocco, dell'avvolgi randa e allo stato delle vele, che però non sono controllati e condivisi in nessun modo alla consegna della barca.
La barca è piuttosto datata e gli anni li dimostra tutti: le cime sono in condizioni pietose, il teak consumato fino a sparire in alcuni punti, il frigorifero raffredda poco (è stata la cosa più fastidiosa della vacanza).
La catena dell'ancora ci è stato detto essere lunga 60mt. In realtà abbiamo successivamente constatato essere 40 mt. Questo ha fortemente limitato la gestione degli ancoraggi nelle rade.
Il base manager presso il porto di Sukosan è stata abbastanza professionale.

La barca si sa ha 20 anni , ma se ce un problema il charter dovrebbe dare assistenza, al rientro in porto anche altri clienti dello stesso charter si sono lamentati di problemi alle barche e non sono stati aiutati.

Nous avons eu un Sun Odyssey 409 de propriétaire très bien entretenu, pour un prix de dernière minute. Tout était nickel lorsque nous l'avons eu et il s'est très bien comporté, tant en navigation qu'au mouillage, facile à vivre et à skipper.
L'accueil a été parfait à la marina de Sukosan, même si nous n'avons récupéré le bateau qu'à 18h, donc trop tard pour sortir véritablement, et dû le rendre à 8h le samedi matin suivant. Ce ne sont donc pas 7 jours en réalité, mais 6 qu'il faut compter... Dommage, même si je comprends qu'il y a besoin d'une journée pour faire les états des lieux d'entrée et de sortie et de faire le ménage...

La barca era troppo vecchia, abbiamo dovuto anche chiamare l’assistenza in navigazione per problemi di perdite del gas.
Winch non idonei, da sostituire. Serbatoio acqua che trafila verso l’interno della barca.

Vacanza a vela di famiglia e amici
Una splendida vacanza! una settimana di totale relax in un contesto ambientale molto bello. Mi sono sempre trovato bene con Marenauta....e anche quest'anno non si sono smentiti. una veleggiata tra isole con piccole insenature con acqua cristallina....e splendide le Koronati. Molte possibilità di ormeggio con qualsiasi itinerario. La barca, in tutta sincerità pensavo fosse messa malino, visto il basso costo del noleggio settimanale, ma in realtà tutto ciò che serviva per una navigazione confortevole e sicura, era in perfetto stato.

Crociera per Incoronate
Con Bavaria Bavaria Cruiser 37 abbiamo visitato in 2 settimane le Incoronate, Dugi Otok e alcune isole dell'arcipelago di Sibenik.
I posti sono stupendi, il servizio offerto sia da Marenauta che dalla società di charter è stato ottimo.
Ripeterei l'esperienza.

Avevo cominciato guardando le offerte sui altri siti per poi fare delle richieste specifiche ma solo da Marenauta ho avuto una assistenza anche telefonica molto puntuale e precisa, con informazioni e suggerimenti ottimi. Poi la vacanza è andata benissimo, barca consegnata in tempo e in buone condizioni (giusto piccole cosuccie sistemate in loco), check in e check out veloci e puntuali... tutto bene insomma. Ottima esperienza!

Splendida settimana nel parco naturale delle Incoronate
Con l'aiuto di Marenauta abbiamo charterizzato una Sun Odissey 43 per una settimana in agosto, partendo dal Marina Dalmacija di Sukosan a pochi chilometri da Zadar.
Le isole Incoronate sono un vero paradiso, paesaggio meraviglioso, splendide cale per bagni/snorkeling e ottimi servizi (boe, marina, porti, ristoranti).

Isole incoronate con partenza da sukosan
Bellissima vacanza nella zona delle isole incoronate con partenza da sukosan. Ottimo il charter che con i suoi uomini sempre disponibilissimi ci ha aiutato in ogni situazione. Uno del loro equipaggio mi ha anche aiutato prendendo il timone e spiegandomi la manovra di uscita dall ormeggio in porto quando avevo bora a 15 nodi al traverso. La barca era forse un po' vecchia a livello di strumenti di bordo ed i bagni puzzavano un po però non ci ha dato davvero nessun problema e si è comportata benissimo in tutte le condizioni meteo. Barca veramente stabile e comoda. Raccomandatissima per neofiti della vela sia come skipper che come equipaggio. Unica pecca: abbiamo beccato tutta la settimana bora dai 10 ai 40 nodi e siamo dovuti stare fermi all ormeggio quasi 3 giorni. Peccato ma d'altronde non era possibile prevedere quella situazione meteo .

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza, la barca seppur datata, era comodissima, i bagni funzionavano alla perfezione, nessun cigolio strano a disturbarle il nostro sonno come accaduto altre volte, un piccolo guasto al boiler dell'acqua ma nulla di importante. Il personale dell'agenzia serio, disponibile e professionale. Baie meravigliose per bagni indimenticabili.

L'imbarcazione aveva problemi allo scarico del bagno fin dalla partenza emettendo uno sgradevole odore ed avendo problemi di funzionamento.
Ci hanno fatto pagare 50 € per sistemare il bagno per un'intervento durato 2 minuti.
Credo che lo facciano di proposito per spillare soldi.
Tenete sotto controllo il comportamento dell'armatore.
Se dovesse succedere di nuovo credo che sceglierò un'altra compagnia di noleggio.

Dear Partner, we are sorry, as we can recognise we have obviously somehow not met the expectations of the client. We thank you for the received feedback, which we will consider to improve our service. From our point of view we can assure that, on Saturday the 1st of November, when overtaking the sailing boat, the client has not had comments or complains regarding the sailing boat or the cleanliness of it. This was moreover confirmed by the client's signature on the second page of the check-list. Further, the client has not contacted us during the days of his sailing trip nor until the check-out on Monday, the 3rd of November. During the check-out procedure one of our charter base personnel recognized that the boat's toilette was blocked. This was not reported by the client beforehand. Mostly due to the client was not willing to recognise malfunction of the toilette caused by their use of it, the toilette pump and the piping was disassembled in the client's presence and determined that the toilette was blocked by too much paper. This repair of the toilette was by the check-out also paid by the client, what is also confirmed by teh cleint's signature in the check-list by the check-out. Herewith we are sending the check-and crew-list, as well as also two photos of the referring sailing boat Bavaria 30cr. We hope for your understanding.

Una settimana di belle navigazioni
E' stata una settimana splendida, la barca, nonostante fosse "anzianotta" era mantenuta in modo quasi impeccabile (un unico problema ad un bullone del salpa ancora, facilmente risolto con una serrata al dado, e una piccola perdita dal serbatoio acqua dolce che faceva arrivare un rivolo di acqua in sentina). Come al solito le dotazioni di una barca da charter sono un po' "all'osso" soprattutto per quello che riguarda la cassetta degli attrezzi e il cordame (per fissare il tender in coperta ho dovuto chiedere un po' di sagole al box del charter, il cui personale (molto preparato) è stato sempre molto disponibile. Sicuramente un'esperienza da riprovare.

Per essere la prima volta che noleggiavamo la barca ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene, senz'altro ripeteremo l'esperienza,

we are sorry, as we can recognise we have obviously somehow not met the expectations of the client. We thank you for the received feedback, which we will consider to improve our service.
From our point of view we can assure that, on Saturday the 1st of November, when overtaking the sailing boat, the client has not had comments or complains regarding the sailing boat or the cleanliness of it. This was moreover confirmed by the client's signature on the second page of the check-list.
Further, the client has not contacted us during the days of his sailing trip nor until the check-out on Monday, the 3rd of November. During the check-out procedure one of our charter base personnel recognized that the boat's toilette was blocked. This was not reported by the client beforehand.
Mostly due to the client was not willing to recognise malfunction of the toilette caused by their use of it, the toilette pump and the piping was disassembled in the client's presence and determined that the toilette was blocked by too much paper. This repair of the toilette was by the check-out also paid by the client, what is also confirmed by teh cleint's signature in the check-list by the check-out.
Herewith we are sending the check-and crew-list, as well as also two photos of the referring sailing boat Bavaria 30cr.
