This was my first time handling a boat and was quite nervous, but the seaways rep Thomas and his assistant were very helpful and polite and gave us plenty of assistance and support. The Seaways location is hard to find, but the boat was a good size and easy to handle. The sea was a little rough but the ports were easy to negotiate and had good mooring facilities.

Esperienza poco positiva, subito all'arrivo i numeri di telefono non rispondevano, l'accoglienza da parte della società di charte il (la ditta in loco) poco accoglienti anzi proprio nullafacenti. L'unica cosa che gli premeva era la caparra di 5.000.00 euro che volevano, poi nessun aiuto ad imbarcarci nessuna indicazione solo caparra...caparra....caparra. Meno male che noi abbastanza esperti di barca. Lo skipper che ci hanno assegnato poco motivato, non voglio dire che era una cattiva persona...anzi.., però se sei poco invogliato a fare , pregiudichi la vacanza. Ad ogni richiesta una pena prima di farlo muovere, la sua parola preferita era NO BUONO. Andiamo in quella spiaggia..NO BUONO, andiamo su quell isola

..avere la barca mon serviva a nulla, arrivavamo in qualsiasi spiaggia, lo skipper buttava l ancora a circa 200/ 400 metri dalla boa gialla dei 300 metri, poi ci diceva che non poteva calare tender e di andare a riva a nuoto!!!??! Noi avevamo 4 bambini..!! Lascio a voi ogni conclusione. Questo per 15 giorni... Ma la conclusione è stato il massimo della banalità...il venerdì stavamo avvicinandoci al porto di rientro(consegna barca il sabato) e volevamo fermarci a Saint Tropez.... Lo skipper simula una rottura del motore per farci rientrare un giorno prima....quando stavamo ormai rientrando in porto....magicamente il motore riparte....avete mai visto un motore della barca rompersi e aggiustarsi poi da solo?? NOI SI!!! MA LA POCA SERIETÀ SI È VISTA AL RIENTRO... Barca riconsegnata alla Seaways...immacolata...nessuna contestazione da parte loro. PERÒ VOLEVANO DARCI INDIETRO LA CAPARRA DOPO 15 GIORNI!!! Dopo nostre proteste allora ci hanno buttato i nostri assegni sul tavolo.
Concludendo... Per proporre vacanze di lusso...NON BASTA SOLO UNA BELLA BARCA.... MA ANCHE PERSONE SERIE e servizi adeguati.

We are really sorry to read your feedback that saddens us.
Our teams are professional and friendly and I'm sorry if your welcome was different.
And maybe there was a problem with the deposit because we always release the funds on the Monday following the return of the boats.
As for the skipper, there were 30 kts announced. Therefore he did his job well, returning before the gales.
We understand that it is always more pleasant to drop anchor rather than return to port earlier, but sometimes the weather imposes these safety rules on us.

Der Hafen von Golfe Juan ist schön gelegen, nicht weit von Cannes, aber nicht so überlaufen. Wir wurden in der Basis sehr gut und sehr persönlich betreut. Das Boot war in sehr gutem Zustand, so konnten wir eine wundervolle Segelwoche genießen.
Die Betreuung durch Marenauta war wie immer hervorragend, schnell und kompetent.
Settimana meravigliosa esplorando la Costa Azzurra. a prescindere dai posti visitati, l'aver avuto un'imbarcazione molto confortevole e funzionale ha aiutato a rendere l'esperienza migliore. Procedure di check in e check out molto veloci rispetto ad altre passate. Non avevamo uno skipper, ma il referente della barca era sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi domanda o chiarificazione h24. Marina di partenza piccola ma ben attrezzata. La barca corrispondeva esattamente alle descrizioni ed era dotata di tutti gli accessori utili (tranne la caffettiera, ma direi nulla di indispensabile).
Penso ci rivolgeremo nuovamente a questa compagnia di charter.
Nous avons fait la traversée jusqu'en Corse et le cata a très bien navigué dans la houle et avec un bon vent. Pour y vivre , le catamaran est en bon état et tout fonctionne. Nous avions choisi un bateau récent et nous l'avons trouvé bien entretenu avec tout le matériel de cuisine et tres bonne literie.
