The places are beautiful, fairytale especially a little out of season then perhaps a little too crowded.
The rental with Miceli Vela was a bit of a flop, the boat was dirty and not well maintained, the jib furler broke immediately, so no sailing. It was still a nice vacation for the beauty of places and because there was very little wind so no regrets for the damage.

Riprenoterei.
I servizi di Marenauta sono stati perfetti, l'armatore ha ritirato l'offerta pochi giorni prima della partenza e Marenauta ha immediatamente proposto due alternative più il rimborso nel caso non volessi più partire.
Ho avuto qualche piccolo inconveniente tecnico dovuto forse a carente manutenzione della barca, tutto risolto senza l'aggiunta di ulteriori spese.

Il contatto che mi è stato dato da Marenauta a Portisco in realtà non mi è mai stato di supporto ha solo èprovveduto prontamente a mandarmi un altro nome e numero.- Il vero contatto era un'altra persona della società che gestisce la barca. La barca mi è stata consegnata in ritardo perché mancavano due salvagenti e la pulizia non era stata effettuata adeguatamente. La radio non ha mai funzionato bene e alla fine del noleggio hanno cercato anche di chiedere soldi per una presunta luce del motore che non aveva mai funzionato

Che peccato!
Abbiamo 10 barche ed e' impensabile che la stessa persona possa fare il check in nell'arco di un paio di ore a tutte, e' normale che ci si avvale del supporto di alcuni collaboratori interni alla societa'.
Dall'11 al 18 abbiamo usato per la nostra flottiglia la barca in oggetto, nessun problema alla radio ne alla luce motore che hanno tirato giu' durante la loro vacanza.
La pulizia viene effettuata da personale interno al marina che opera da anni per parecchie societa' di charter presenti a Portisco.
Solo a precisazione di quanto scritto dalla cliente la barca e' stata consegnata alle ore 15, quindi 3 ore in anticipo rispetto al previsto in quanto loro erano arrivati ad Olbia alle ore 12 circa.
Nel report ci sono moltissime inesattezze, ma le cose piu' tristi per chi come noi fa questo lavoro con passione e serieta' e' leggere delle inesattezze in totale malafede ed essere accusati di voler lucrare su danni procurati dal cliente.
A fare cortesie spesso ci si rimette, fortuna ci sono anche clienti che capiscono le difficolta' del lavoro in Agosto e sono riconoscenti di quando si prova ad andare incontro alle loro esigenze andando oltre la contrattualistica.
Dispiace comunque per un feedback cosi negativo che arriva dopo la vacanza senza che alcuna lamentela sia stata mai mossa a me ed ai miei collaboratori.

All'inizio barca sostituita con altra troppo da regata per una crociera tranquilla intorno alle Pontine.
Poi tempo e mare stupendi.
