Corfu with Sun Odyssey 349
Check in and out was very smooth. The boat very new but low performances under sail and with engine ( 5 knots on average).
North Corfu islands are less touristic but beautiful. Recommended.
The Ionian Islands visited are really very nice and welcoming.
Wonderful sea and life on land sufficiently enjoyable.
Connection from Brindisi very approximate.
Assistance during the holiday very good.

La vacanza è stata perfetta anche se il secondo giorno abbiamo avuto problemi gravi con il salpancora. La compagnia si è prodigata per sostituirlo il più rapidamente possibile consentendoci di continuare a goderci le nostre due settimane in sicurezza. Grazie al manager e a tutto lo staff…un grazie particolare a Kostas, il meccanico della base…che ha davvero fatto un grande lavoro.
Unico vero problema dopo 2 settimane di rade….è stato quello di trovare la voglia di tornare.

Ottima accoglienza, barca super fornita, certo il refitting era un po’ homemade ma per il resto tutto perfetto! Come di ormeggio in più, taniche di acqua e gasolio di scorta, pulizia accessori per il sole e aria, anche le picolezze ( mollette, canovaccio etc)

Das Schiff ist insgesamt ungepflegt. Der seglerische Zustand war sehr ungeordnet.
Es fehlt nahezu jede Dokumentation. Aus dem Teakdeck kamen die Nägel aus den Sitzflächen heraus. Es gibt nicht 1 Bändsel an Bord. Festmacherleinen waren nach langer Benutzung angerissen. Keine Schwimmleine an Bord. Keine Automatikwesten.
2 technische Ausfälle am Navi und Ankermotor wurden während der Tour vom Techniker von Odysseus binnen 12h repariert, das war immerhin OK. Am Ende haben wir die Ankerkette selbst wieder gerichtet.
Die Mannschaft vor Ort geht etwas zu nachlässig mit den Schiffen um, insgesamt eine abgerockte Lady, traurig.

First of all apologies for any inconvenience caused to the client.
We are a bit surprised by the client’s comments as we got good and positive feedback directly from the client at the base.
As he mentions, the technical problems he encountered can happen to any boat and they were dealt with efficiently and promptly by our team!
Regarding the life jackets, by law we are not allowed to have the inflatable ones, only the Solas type but clients may bring their own.
As for the condition of the boat, although “she” is 11 years old we believe she is in quite good condition for her age.
Having said that and to our defence, it is the end of the season, a very long and extremely busy season with no opportunity to do cosmetic extra maintenance.

Splendida vacanza...in 2
2 settimane in 2 persone senza alcun problema se non fosse per il windex che già dalla partenza dal porto di Gouvia, non dava segni di vita, o meglio ancora non c'era proprio. Purtroppo ci siamo accorti del fatto solo nel momento di issare la randa. Oramai lontani dal porto, abbiamo proseguito e a Lefkada la società di charter ha provveduto a inviare un tecnico che ha montato un windex nuovo di zecca.
Buchung inkl. Rückfragen lief super. Marenauta war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns gut beraten. Die Charterfirma in Korfu hat sehr professionell gearbeitet und war extrem hilfsbereit in allen Fragen.
