Great holiday
Nice sailing boat with attractive teak surface, good sailing spacious saloon and cockpit, and a bit smaller bathrooms and bedrooms. No electric winches so crew needs to have good muscles for sailing in a moderate wind conditions. A few finishing and technical details that still need improvement. However, the base manager Borislav was very helpful and easy to reach in all situations. We were lucky with the weather with many sunny and windy days.

La Vacanza a Trogir è andata molto bene, ho visitato nuovi porti ed in particolare l’isola di Vis è molto piaciuta a me ed al mio equipaggio…
Il sig. Denis, responsabile dell’armatore sul posto, invece non è stato assolutamente di mio gradimento.
All’appuntamento dapprima non è arrivato e con molto ritardo mi ha mandato un’altra persona (per fortuna gentile e disponibile) che però mi ha permesso di salpare solo nel pomeriggio.
Latitante nel bisogno (chiamato 2/3 volte al telefono non ha mai né risposto, né richiamato), arrogante, maleducato, indisponibile indisponente e particolarmente irriverente nei confronti degli italiani.
Sono rientrato un pochino in ritardo, quello è vero, ma l’ho fatto nel bel mezzo di un nubifragio violentissimo; il mio posto era occupato da un’altra barca (che poi ho saputo essere stata autorizzata dallo stesso Denis).
Se non fosse stato per tre ragazzi diportisti sul molo, che in suo luogo si sono beccati l’acquazzone, e mi hanno aiutato ad ormeggiare la barca, avrebbe potuto succedere un disastro. Ma lui non c’era.
Il giorno successivo nel check-out si è prima fatto tutti gli affari suoi, facendomi aspettare quasi al limite di perdere l’aereo.
Quindi bocciato l’armatore ma soprattutto il suo staff, nella persona del responsabile il sig. Denis…
Mi auguro che Marenauta non mi proponga MAI PIU’ gente del genere…

We're really sorry because of unfortunate events, but we were doing our best.
On Saturday when the guests arrived to start their vacation on our boat, they came really early and they were expecting to embark as soon as possible. We did our best to enable them to take over the boat at 3 PM despite of our regular check in time at 5PM.
They had to be back in marina ACI Trogir before 7 o'clock in the evening on Friday and they were familiar with that since I have told them that before they sail out. We tried to contact them several times on Friday evening because of storm, but nobody answered. Lastly we waited for them until 10 PM on Friday. They finally came to marina ACI Trogir, but we had problem because one of the boats came on Friday before them (they supposed to come on Saturday morning) and stood on their ''parking place''. Mr. Rejni and Mr. Josip; our employees waited for teh client and his crew and put their yacht on some place to save them from the storm.
Then the client came to my office asking me to ask the guys to do the check-out even though was stormy, rainy and dark and they couldn't check absolutely nothing. I tried to make a deal with them to do the check-out early on Saturday morning and they hardly agreed.
So on Saturday we started to work at 7 AM, although our working time starts at 8 AM, but as I said we were doing our best to make guests happy.
After the check-out all 9 crew members came to my office. The client asked me to order him a taxi to the airport, because he will miss the flight, and I did that in very short time.
Then the problems started. Some of the crew members wanted to stay in Trogir for few days and they asked me to find them some Hostel, which I did find pretty hardly; because they wanted the hostel near the ACI marina; and some of the crew members asked me to order a rent-a-car for them, which I also ordered. So the client went to the airport, and in my office came the guy who was searching for the guests to take them to his Hostel. I tried to contact them several times, I also by myself went to find them all around the marina but I couldn't find them. In the meantime a woman came with the rent-a-car (she waited 2 hours for them) also searching for the guests who order a rent-a-car. The weather was awful, there was a big traffic jam, I had a busy Saturday, as usually, but I was doing my best trying to contact the client (because I only had his contact phone) several times, again searching for the guests all around marina on the rain, when I finally got phone call from teh cleint when he told me that there happened some missunderstanding and that they don't want a reservation in Hostel and that they don't want a rent-a-car and that I can cancel everything. Can you only imagine how embarrassed I felt in that moment when he told me that, because the guy from the Hostel and the girl with the rent-a-car waited for nobody for 2 hours?? At least I begged the guy from the Hostel and the girl with the rent-a-car that they forgive me for lost time because of missunderstanding between the crew members, so we hardly made a deal and luckily they cancelled everything.
One more thing to say: We were doing our best to make them happy, we weren't rude even that they caused us a lot of problems, but luckily we solved any of them. We tried to contact them several times on Friday evening, but we didn't receive feedback.
Once again, I'm really sorry about what happened, but it's not our fault.

Yacht almost new but with complaints
The Yacht itselfe was nice but in compare to the Manufacturer year 2021 lots of defects and inacceptabe things.
- Bilge pump doesn't work
- Bilge pump switch on Center Pedestal poped out.
- Fridge Door defekt, Ice box door defekt.
- some door locks aren't working properly
- Waterleak af FWD Cabin roof
- Life vest total unacceptable
- toilet brush missing
- Kitchen equipment (Wine glases Müsli bowles etc.) missing
- extention for emergency rudder pinne missing
- very few ropes on board (small and huge)
- Cleaness of boat totally unaceptable

Seagoll, una "old lady" capace di tenere ancora il mare e sfruttare...
Noleggiata tramite Marenauta, Seagoll, un Bavaria 41 piedi, nonostante i tanti anni di charter, che si fanno sentire soprattutto sottocoperta, rivela tutta la sua capacità sotto la spinta del vento sostenuto, tenuto benissimo. anche la manutenzione del motore buona. Buono il servizio del noleggiatore al marina Aci di Trogir. Abbiamo passato una settimana fantastica sempre in rada o alla boa. Una sera sola, a Milna, in Marina.
Brod je vrlo dobro održavan i sve je bilo ok po pitanju samog broda. Osoblje chartera je super a i poznajemo se od ranije. Putovanje je bilo bolje od očekivanog jer se vrijeme pokazalo boljim od prognoze.

Barca sfasciata e poca assistenza
Scarico del lavandino in cucina intasato fin dal primo giorno.
Winch che si è divelto dalla coperta. Pazzesco.
Serbatoio dell'acqua chiaramente con una perdita! Consumavamo 100L d'acqua ogni notte non si sa dove...
Rotto lo strozzascotte del fiocco.
Motore fuoribordo che non funzionava.
Elica di prua (thruster) con il fusibile bruciato quindi non funzionava.
Insomma un sacco di inconvenienti, mi sarei aspettato assistenza da parte del noleggiatore, invece niente, dicevano che forse venivano il giorno dopo via terra a un porto, ma puntualmente il giorno dopo c'era qualche disguido e non potevano venire.
La beffa finale è stato il check out quando il marinaio ha provato a inventare spiegazioni per ogni rottura. Una faccia tosta da non credere.
Non prenderò mai più a noleggio una barca da noleggiatori che non conosco personalmente.

Bella vacanza
Questa tipologia di imbarcazione ha una serie di piccole carenze che non le conferiscono la giusta valenza se confrontata con altre imbarcazioni di dimensioni similari.
Ad ogni modo l'imbarcazione si è dimostrata comoda e semplice nelle manovre e le isole visitate partendo da Krk sino alle Incoronate sono sempre incantevoli.

Von der Buchung über den Chekin und das Segelrevier.
Die Yacht war genau wie erwartet. Wenn dann noch ein Kartenplotter im Cockpit angebracht wäre und ein Bugstrahlruder dann überall 5 Sterne.

Tendiamo a prendere imbarcazioni recenti per aver il minor numero di inconvenienti possibili.
La barca è buona e spaziosa, ottimo il teak sul ponte e i cuscini nel pozzetto.
Male il fornello che abbiamo dovuto sostituire e altri inconvenienti, in particolare chiesto un gennaker ci consegnano uno spy (c’è ne accorgiamo solo quando lo vogliamo utilizzare) senza tangone!!
Timone molto duro nella navigazione.
Charter disponibile ma non molto organizzato.

..what a pleasant trip
Exploring the beatiful Kornati National Park with a top crew and nice yacht. Charter Yachts overall is a bit overrated but nevertheless a fair yacht to sail with. Sailing equipment is top but the interior (i.e. toilets, fridge and overall quality impression) left some room for improvements.

Tutto molto bene, barca nuova ma con diversi problemini pratici, tra cui sportelli della cucina che non si chiudevano, rendendo difficile la navigazione a vela. Un po’ allestita low cost, ma nel complesso, tutto positivo, e la Croazia e’ una meraviglia!

Perfetta e spaziosissima la barca, eccelso lo skipper, meravigliosi i luoghi visitati.
Marenauta una garanzia!
2 settimane a vela fra le isole di Brac e Hvar con un Sun Odyssey 42,2
Desidero prima di tutto ringraziare l'armatore per la cortesia e la disponibilità e per la barca che malgrado avesse 20 anni (e fosse quindi più economica di altre) era perfettamente mantenuta ed aggiornata. Per quanto riguarda i posti abbiamo trovato molta vita intorno a queste isole, al punto da rendersi necessario l'uso di un'app (MySea) per la prenotazione dei porti e anche delle boe (almeno ad Agosto). Molta vita significa molte opportunità di divertimento, posti piacevoli e attrezzati alla ricezione dei turisti ma anche prezzi che si cominciano ad avvicinare a quelli delle riviere italiane, in queste acque abbiamo incontrato molti mega-yachts che qualche anno fa sarebbero andati sicuramente in Costa Smeralda (uno fra tutti Pelorus). Fra i posti da non perdere segnalo: Bol, Starigrad, Hvar, Trojir, Milna, le baie a sud dell'isola di Pakleni, Maslinica e la baia di Sesula, la Blue Lagoon sull'isola di Drvenik. Le isole di Korkula e Vis le consiglio perchè le conosco ma noi le visiteremo in barca un'altra volta. L'equipaggio ha gradito questa vacanza più dell'anno scorso in cui abbiamo visitato le Incoronate. un ringraziamento anche allo staff di Marenauta, secondo me insostituibile per la celerità delle risposte e la qualità del servizio. Buon vento a tutti.

Complessivamente un buona esperienza con una compagnia di noleggio barche che non conoscevo.Abbiamo dovuto ritirare la barca a Spalato al posto della preventivata Trogir ma la trasferta ci è stata pagata dalla ditta. La barca (considerando che è del 2002 )era abbastanza in ordine e le parti essenziali ,quali manovre e strumenti,funzionavano bene. Un piccolo disagio l'ho avvertito quando,al rientro a Trogir,ho cercato di contattare la base per chiedere dove ormeggiare ma non è stato possibile.(segreteria telefonica).Il chek-in ed il chek-out sono avvenuti con celerità.Su mia richiesta è stato cambiato, a Spalato, l'amantiglio del boma che presentava segni evidenti di usura.

Die Bavaria 42C von Nautika Kufner war grundsätzlich in gutem Zustand:
Segel, Leinen, Sprayhood, Bimini, Schiff innen und aussen ok.
die Instrumente waren in weniger gutem Zustand:
Windinstrument unbrauchbar, speed zeigte nur den halben wirklichen Wert,
Autopilot unzuverlässig, tw GPS-Ausfall: möglicherweise Probleme mit der GPS
-Antenne. Alles dem Stützpunktpersonal mitgeteilt.

Splendida vacanza, abbiamo avuto un problema con il cavo dell'acceleratore del motore, non si metteva in folle, l'alternatore della barca e con le batterie dei servizi, ci siamo adeguati alla situazione, l'armatore ha fatto il possibile per risolvere il problema non riuscendoci con il service. d'appoggio. I meccanici che sono intervenuti, anche alle 22.30,non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema nell'immediato. L'alternatore è stato sostituito il giorno seguente così come il cavo è stato sistemato. Le batterie dei servizi, visto poi il problema al frigorifero, non le hanno sostituite, il meccanico pretendeva che li aspettassimo ormeggiati in una baia,che sarebbe arrivato nonostante era dalla sera prima che lo stavamo aspettando, alle 13 abbiamo tolto gli ormeggi, verso le 13.30 il meccanico mi ha chiamato dicendomi che non mi veniva a cercare in giro e che lui sarebbe rientrato. L'armatore comunque al nostro rientro ha capito i disagi passati durante la settimana di vacanza e si è comportato in modo egregio anzi impeccabile.

Our second Holiday in Dalmatia
We sailed between Hvar and Brac Islands during mid August week.
These islands offer many possibilities to spend nice time.
Stari Grad, Vrboska and Pucisca are nice and friendly. Docking and eating are not so expensive compared to Italy.
The water temperature (mostly in Hvar) not always is comfortable.
In the afternoon we always experienced more than 15 kts of wind, so we could enjoy sailing every day.
The Bavaria 38 we rented was a good boat with new sails and an excellent fridge.
On the other hand, the boat was equipped with an undersized engine (hard to reach 6kts even in calm wind and sea); the stern stepladder was damaged, so it was extremely hard to board on the boat after a bath at sea; the toilet holding tank was not connected to the basin, so we could not use the toilet while in the ports. Not all the ports have toilets...
I suggest to call and book for a place in marinas if you want to be sure to find a place.

Vacanza difficile con un'imbarcazione ridotta male
Purtroppo lo stato di manutenzione di alcune imbarcazioni è davvero misero e ci si accorge solo dopo un paio d'ore di navigazione quali siano le cose che non vanno.
Ci si affida ad un charter per non aver problemi e non dover essere dei super esperti di riparazioni durante i pochi giorni dedicati alla vacanza.
Sconsiglio vivamente l'armatore per l'incuria e la scarsissima predisposizione verso la clientela.

Abbiamo prenotato la barca con ottima assistenza da parte di marenauta ma poi abbiamo dovuto fare i conti con il charter locale, che ha "venduto" la sistemazione in dinette per 2 persone e, non essendo il tavolo abbattibile, ci stava a malapena un ragazzino. Dispiace perché il Kufner è comodissimo. Rimane in ogni caso il ricordo di un mare bellissimo...

Ottima vacanza estate 2014
Ottima vacanza navigato molto bene per 15 gg , la barca non nuova ma tenuta bene , d'altra parte il costo non era esagerato , quindi qualità prezzo molto positiva , abbiamo trovato molto vento fresco che ha messo alla prova l'equipaggio ma tutto è andato molto bene tanto che ssremo inenzionati di fare il bis il prx anno , grazie pertanto a tutto lo staffdi makaraska e a presto saluti michele lazzari

Alla fine la vacanza mi è piaciuta ma solo perchè i posti sono comunque belli,sapevo come dove muovermi.Vari guasti alla barca che ci hanno tardato e fatto modificare il nostro itinerario.Da dimenticare la marina di Palmizana,presa d'assalto dalla sailsweek inglese con centinaio di ragazzini maleducati chiassosi molesti ubriachi!!!

La Croazia in barca a vela è fantastica
Per la terza volta consecutiva siamo stati in Croazia, in Barca a vela, l'esperienza è ogni volta nuova anche se il paese è sempre lo stesso , ma è impossibile vedere fare o trovare un posto uguale all'altro , perchè in ogni regione ci sono sempre nuove cose da scoprire, il mare è meraviglioso e i paesini sono dei piccoli presepi.

Bellissima vacanza nei mari della Dalmazia meridionale
Ho effettuato una crociera con un Bavaria 37 con partenza da Split e navigando tra le bellissime isole della Dalmazia meridionale fino a Dubrovnik e ritorno. La barca si è comportata ottimamente, a vela ha raggiunto gli 8 nodi e mezzo. Una piccola noia al motore risolta in tempi brevissimi dallo staff Marenauta.
Assistenza ottima, barca pulita ed in ordine. Giudizio ottimo !
