Leider war das Boot bereits etwas älter, was uns nichts ausmacht. Jedoch hat es so einiges gegeben, dass nicht funktioniert hat.
- 2 von 4 WC waren nicht brauchbar und ab dem zweiten Tag kaputt.
- Das Radio funktionierte nicht
- Die Kocheinrichtung war sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen und nur bedingt nutzbar
- Die Batterien waren mangelhaft, wir mussten nach 30 Std. in einen Hafen, um aufzuladen
- USB und Stromanschlüsse gingen zum Teil nicht
- Duschen war nur am Steg möglich, da die Abläufe etwas verstopft waren und nicht schnell genug abgesaugt wurde
- Duschen am Steg brachten sehr wenig Wasser.
Trotz all diesen Problemen war es ein ausgezeichnetes Boot mit viel Platz.

Proveli smo predivan tjedan na Elafitima, na prekrasnim plažama i uvalama,u tjednu krajem 6. mjeseca, prije navale turista. Brod je bio u dobrom stanju, te je bila dobra komunikacija s charter podrškom.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten ok
Yachtausrüstung (Generator defekt) entsprach nicht den Chartervorgaben, die Basis bemühte sich, konnte aber den Schaden nicht reparieren. Immerhin gab es eine finanzielle Kompensation, was dann im Ergebnis fair war.

Vacanza in famiglia
Ottima la professionalità nell'accoglienza e nella risoluzione di un problema tecnico insorto durante la vacanza(pompa dell'acqua dei servizi) sostituita in 24 ore. Un appunto sulla cuscineria esterna, da sostituire per eccessivo uso, ma non sporca. L'equipaggio super soddisfatto, tre famiglie da tre persone.

Svi problemi se rješavaju u sekundi
Jedrenje je prošlo super, unatoč malo lošijem vremenu. Kao i ma svakom charteru uvijek ima malih sitnica na koje gosti nailaze. To je sastavni dio jedrenja.
Tim iz marine Trogir je ma sve reagirao promptno i jako ljubazno, tako da smo se osjećali kao gosti koje se cijeni i poštuje. Ovim putem se još jednom zahvaljujem svom osoblju na tome,a posebno gospodinu Juretu iz tima.

Great location, very comfortable but poorly maintained boat
This area of Croatia is great for sailing: a lot of islands and bays, but also very nice villages and very equipped marinas. Trogir has a very nice marina and the magnificent old town is 5 minute walking distance.
For us the pity was the poor maintenance status of the boat and quite poor service of the charter company.
Check in was quite basic: I had to ask life vest for kids, enough plates and glasses and pans for 8, some connections for the water hose, some small ropes for fixing the paddles. All things I would have expected to be prepared in advance.
The boat had quite some water (2-3 buckets) undertaker the floor that I had to dry myself (that's where you can do lots of stowage) and I also had to inflate the dinghy. I discovered after few days that there was no toolbox on board.
During the cruise the water pump broke twice forcing ius to 2 1-day stops at a Marina for repairs.
I also complained that the windlass was not working properly (very slow and blowing the safety switch every 15m of chain), but they asked someone to check and I was told I had to deal with it!
The check out was done without any check - showing why the status of the boat was so poor.
Regarding sailing destinations I suggest to get to Lastovo, very nice island, and to profit of the multiple restaurants that you find in most of the bays.
I would recommend Marenauta to collect feedback on the charter companies and let these ratings appear.

Hanse 445 problematico
Innanzitutto barca descritta con winch elettrico alla randa steccata e non c´era. Poi indicatori dei livelli acqua e gasolio rotti. Primo giorno in banchina x maltempo e per fortuna xchè quello che doveva essere un rabbocco d´acqua Lunedì è durato un´ora, il serbatoio d‘acqua era vuoto!!! Ci avrebbe rovinato la vacanza se fossimo partiti subito. Siamo così stati poi in ansia x il livello del gasolio. Salpa ancora non funzionante, abbiamo usata ancora 2 volte e x 2 volte l´abbiamo tirata su a mano! Barca del 2011 ma troppe cose rotte! Giudizio negativo sulla barca e sull'armatore, positivo per Marenauta.

1. Tag (Sonntag)in Trogir,vor der Ausfahrt:
Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht,die eingekauften Lebensmitteln mußten ungekühlt bis nächsten Tag auf einen Mechaniker warten.
2. Tag: Kühlschrank nur kurzfristig kalt. Alle Batterien wurden in der Marina Maslinica ausgetauscht.
3. Tag: In einer Badebucht auf Solta konnte ich den Motor nicht starten (Schock). Milan gab mir Anweisungen wie ich die beiden plus Kabeln (starter und Versorgerbatterien) zusammenschließen kann. Motor angesprungen.
4. Tag: Service Boot kam in die Marina Milna. Lichtmaschine wurde ausgetauscht (immer einen Zeitverlust gehabt).
Nach Bol gesegelt, vor dem Hafen Bol Spannungsarlarm von der Starterbatterie, wieder Milan angerufen.
Nach Anweisungen konnte ich den Fehler beheben.
Wir waren froh wie wir in Trogir eingelaufen sind, der Urlaub war anstrengend und mit Pannen versehen, dass erste Mal seid 40 Jahren das ich so einen pannenreichen Urlaub gehabt habe. Möchte dieses nicht mehr erleben.

Here is short feedback from our base manager who says that problems have been solved within 24 hours after emergency call ( according to our
Charter conditions) and they have been in touch during week.
Problems can occur during season, for that reason we have technical support available 24/7.
We would like to offer, because of our good partner relationship and to have this client again in next season, extra 5% discount besides valid discount at the moment of booking (early booking + repeater client discount).
"Our client Gerhard have had some problems with boat Matilda, but they didn’t lose any day to fix these problems.
There have been problems with alternator which wasn’t easy to find in the base but we solved all problems on Monday, service battery was changed in Maslinica,
and in Tuesday in Milna, when we put a new alternator.
After first problem everything was focused on batteries and we have been in contact with clients all the time.

Tutto positivo. Dopo 3barche di proprietà (ultima dufour 405gran large) era la prima esperienza con un charter e devo dire positiva. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto la barca presentava segni di vetustà superiori all’età e vele e motore erano sottodimensionati, ma trattandosi di charter è normale che sia così. Eccezionale l’assistenza Check in check out con il Vostro Zoran.

Croazia meridionale 2015
A cavallo della settimana di ferragosto siamo partiti in 8 con uno splendido sun odyssey 509 per una crociera di 7gg lungo le isole di Kvar, Lastovo, e Vis. Panorami e luoghi stupendi contornati da insenature mozzafiato. Il tempo nn è stato dei migliori con giornate di pioggia e vento, ma questo ci ha permesso di testare e divertirci con la barca in una meravigliosa veleggiata. Consiglio a tutti una crociera nel sud della Croazia, certamente piu distaccati dal tturismo di massa, soprattutto a Lastovo e Vis. La barca era in ottime condizioni, a parte l odore nel bagno di poppa, e a parte la persita dell ancora il primo gg, che nn era fissato l anello della catena, abbiamo trovato uno staff preparato e cordiale.

E' nelle difficoltà che si vedono i migliori
Nonostante la barca abbia avuto problemi al motore si sono prodigati per alleviare il disagio e risolvere il problema.
Pertanto il mio giudizio rimane molto positivo, e quando ci sono i problemi che devi verificare la vera efficienza quando funziona tutto bene è troppo facile dire bravi.
