Flexible booking:  allows you to cancel or rebook your charter up to 30 days before the embarkation for no specific reason. You can reschedule your holiday at no cost for unlimited number of times or use a credit note if you are uncertain of new charter dates. With our FLEX PLAN your rebooking costs are completely eliminated while cancellation costs with refund option are reduced to a minimum (15% of the charter fee, min 350 EUR). Extra bonus: free cancellation and FULL REFUND granted in case of closed state borders within 7 days before the embarkation. Notes: FLEX PLAN costs 7% of the final charter price, can be added to booking up to 72hr after booking confirmation and is not available for bookings confirmed within 30 days before the embarkation. Great holiday with the Hanse 388  
Had a very nice sailing holiday with the hanse 388. The boat was better than we expected. And how beautiful Croatia is. Every day was a pleasure. Enough ports to stay overnight and the food there is great. I therefore advise everyone to do this.

Serbatoio Acqua con perdita.  
Barca nuovissima, in acqua da 4 mesi, ma purtroppo con qualche problema. Il serbatoio acqua dolce aveva una perdita, con conseguente sentina piena di acqua dolce e serbatoio sempre vuoto. Per il resto tutto ok, charter disponibile e personale cortese.

First of all thank you for choosing us for your holiday. We are really sorry to hear that the boat did not fulfill your expectations, we always do our best to provide the best service possible. However, we would like to draw attention to a few details from your review that, in our opinion, need a bit more clarification.
We are really glad to see that you are satisfied with the service and the crew in the base. Regarding the problem with the water our assumption is that the cockpit shower was not handled properly meaning that the switch on shower handle was closed but that the valve was not closed every time after the showering in the cockpit – that way water from the water tank can end up really fast and easy in the bilges of the boat.
We would also like to highlight that this is the first complaint of this sort that we have for this boat  – so far the reviews for the boat were really good. 
We hope that you will find our argument acceptable and give us the chance to welcome you as our guest on one of our boats in the future.
