In the Gulf of Kvarner, the island of Losinj is connected to the island of Cres by a rotating bridge that crosses the canal Osor has its own airport, and, in addition to the line that connects the mainland Cres is served by ferries to / from Pula and Zadar (about once a week). The coast is very rugged and the area rich in natural pine forests. The waters around the island are inhabited by a colony of dolphins and diving you can see a wreck in 1917, the reef at Susak and a sea cave. Lošinj is the main tourist center on the island of Losinj and offers a good tourist organization. In summer it is full of tourists who flock to the main bay overlooked by most of the shops and restaurants and the typical houses facades in pastel colors. In the city there are both a fruit and vegetable market that a fish market.
